Dan at Hull did a fantastic job walking me through the available options and helped me find the right pieces for my living space while staying within budget. I would 100% recommend using NCF Furniture again.

Received faulty furniture, terrible customer service instead of numerous calls and reminders. Got one response saying they are contacting the manufacturer amd will get back once they hear back.
No Action already more than a month, never buying again from them.
What an illogical answer and why as a customer should I wait for a response from Manufacturer.
I wont bother again with this company for my future requirements.

Mark at the Hull showroom very helpful and showed me several recliners. Settled on the Simba which has been delivered, on date and time requested,by two careful and helpful members of the delivery team. Very happy with the chairs up to now, and the charging ports on side. Well done.

My mum bought a sofa in December, it was delivered not working when they set it up, refused to take it back but the delivery driver noted issue on the delivery invoice and advised to contact NCF directly, BIGGEST MISTAKE. Since then the sofa still is not working and I cannot get any replies from customer service or clarification on when replacement parts/sofa will be sent. I would certainly not recommend this company EVER.

I wouldn’t even rate NCF any stars never mind 1. We bought our sofa in store back in December, We got it delivered in January. Within the 3rd day our recliner was clunking and making noises. We got in contact over email with NCF as they don’t have a telephone number . No wonder if there’s that many bad reviews on here. We sent an email and they got back to us wanting a video sent over email email. But we can’t send a video long enough over email. They kept going back an forth multiple times asking for a video and we kept saying we can’t as it doesn’t fit in an email. We went to our nearest store which is over an hour away to see what they can do. Absolutely useless they told us they will let them know we have emailed them. Again back and forth with the same response. We are now in march and still no answers we have been ignored by customer services. Baring in mind we paid for warranty for our sofas. we are getting in contact with legal advice to get this matter dealt with. so DO NOT waste your time of give this company any of your money.
