From the moment I walked into NCF Living Highgate, the experience was exceptional. I was greeted by Aiden at the entrance, who took the time to show me around the different sections of the showroom. He then allowed us to browse comfortably and kindly advised us to give him a shout if we needed any help or assistance.

All the staff in the showroom were really friendly and helpful, particularly Aiden. He guided us through the different sofa options, explained their features, and encouraged us to sit down and test the comfort of each one. He also explained how each sofa can be customised with different colours and options, including microfibre and leather finishes.

I was very impressed with his professionalism and calm manner. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy, which made the experience even more pleasant. As a result, we confidently purchased two three-seater smart sofas and were really pleased with our decision.

I would highly recommend NCF Living Highgate to friends and family, the staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon to furnish the rest of my home.

It is more then a week now i left the review , and the team said they will look into the matter and i have still not got any response. Its my humble request to the team to please cancel my order and initiate the refund for me . because this is the worst after sale service i have seen . NGOM10059 , I booked on 1st Nov , it was promised me to get it by early Jan and its Feb now and no response as of now. In middle it was wrong goods delivered to me i sent those back two weeks back and i still have no response yet. I need a immediate call or response or Please cancel my order and refund my money . And I will suggest my other family member's to do the same.

We just visited the AT highgate store and were guided by TK! He was extremely helpful and we got what we wanted a bed and a mattress. We walked into the store unsure of what we wanted but everything went so smoothly and we walked out satisfied! On top of that I’d also like to say how pleased we were for not being chased after the whole time we were looking at the beds and sofas inside store like many other stores! Thank you

We took 3 visits to finalise the sofa that we liked and he allowed us the time to make an informed decision. The best part about NCF is that they have quite a lot of ranges which are available for immediately delivery.

I found the staff to be attentive but not overbearing. It was Sandra at Highgate who i had help from on two occasions and she was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, fun and honest. She had only been working there a month but she was brilliant, she put me at ease and I felt I could trust her.

TK is a gentleman when it comes to showing you around the beds! Full of knowledge and happy to help!

NCF Living – Very Poor Customer Service
I had a very bad experience visiting this store. The staff did not properly explain the consolidation items or the terms and conditions. Important information was only made clear after I had already made the purchase.

There is a 25% charge if you change your mind or cancel an order, and this applies immediately once the purchase is made — whether the item has been delivered or is still in the store. This was not clearly explained to me at the time of purchase.

I tried calling the store several times with no answer, so I went back in person to resolve the issue. It still could not be sorted, and I was told to wait for a call. When I finally received the call, the staff member was very rude — it felt like I wasn’t allowed to speak, only to listen, and I was repeatedly told, “this is our policy.”
I am still waiting for a new payment agreement.
