Tash was very patient and knowledgeable whilst fitting my 8 year old's first riding hat. She ensured that the fit was great even though it meant trying on about 8 different hats!

It’s been a long time since I tried to buy myself some long riding boots as I have wide calves so almost always come away disappointed but Megan was super patient and helpful and sorted me out. Came away with a fab pair of long boots. Very happy. Thank you Megan.

Really impressed by Naylors. I ordered some items at 21.40PM Saturday and received them at 15.47 Monday really good service.

I came in on Saturday for some riding boots for my daughter. Meg helped us, and I ended up also leaving with chaps, Jodphurs, socks and a riding top for myself so she is also a very good sales person as well as super helpful!!
