Cheap quality prints and fabric.

My experience with navvi.in⁠� was extremely disappointing. The product I received looked very different from the photos shown online. The fabric quality, stitching, and overall finish were far below my expectations for the price paid. The sizing was also inaccurate, making the outfit difficult to wear.
The founders, Nalin Poddar & Vidhi Poddar are Marwari fraudsters.
What made the experience worse was the lack of responsive customer support. Getting updates and assistance was frustrating and time-consuming. As an online shopper, I expect transparency, quality, and reliable service, but unfortunately this purchase did not meet any of those expectations.
I would not recommend this brand based on my experience and will think twice before ordering again.

Worst site. Cheap quality. I too have lost money with them. No store credit no refund !

I had ordered 9 pieces They delivered 1 piece first, then after a couple of days 2 more pieces arrived, then there was no sign. I caled them, 1 number is switched off, the other after several attempts a lady answers.
You get an answer that all your pieces are in transit. Wait.
After a couple of weeks of waiting, I call again & they claim that all your pieces are delivered. No responsibility, bloody cheats.
Shopping sites like these should be banned, they spoil reputation of other genuine websites.
My suggestion avoid buying from them.
Oh yes, they also asked me to send a parcel opening video after I complained but when i placed an order that was never mentioned to me.
Fraudsters is all i will say. Best to avoid if you want peace of mind.

Fake fraud people they send you smaller size and then their policy of no exchange and returns

Pathetic quality of product. When asked for return they asked for rs. 200 logistics charges. However on paying the same they completely declined for pickup/return as their so called logistics partner did not agree to do so. Like seriously you operate with a logistics partner who on inspire of charging does not pick up?! Never ever buy from here cause u never know what sub standard product u will get which u can’t return. Marketing gimmick show fabulous product prbly thru their own people.

Fake seller will send wrong item and not replace

I bought a product that said linen cotton blend but what came is nothing close to that fabric then when I asked refund they deducted 200/- and didnt refund the money too, kept it in their wallet. What kinda cheating is this. Why am I forced to buy again when I don't like their products. Atleast refund the balance.

​Financial Mismanagement: The company frequently holds salaries without valid reasons. They also unfairly deduct personal wages for operational costs like portal shipping penalties, which should be a company expense, not an employee's burden.
​Toxic Leadership: The Co-founder, Vidhi Poddar, creates a manipulative environment, often misleading the ownership and fostering a hostile atmosphere. The behavior is frequently abusive and unprofessional.
​Dishonest Marketing: Be aware that many positive reviews for this company across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Meesho, and Trustpilot are manufactured. Employees are forced to write fake reviews to mask the poor service and quality.
​Poor Infrastructure: They do not have their own office space (shared facility) and offer zero benefits—no paid or sick leave.
​Avoid this company if you value your professional integrity or your money.

I agree with everything this reviewer has said... I am waiting for my so-called store credit! There should be a way to hold this fraudulent business accountable!

I just lost my money with these people. I ordered coord suit from Navvi online. They sent me the wrong size. One just cannot contact them easily and by the time we do manage to get someone to respond its too late as they only give you a 3 day window for exchange Only for the correct size but they won't do it. I lost on time due to their bad communication techniques. And then they only give you 3 days for exchange which is too unrealistic. How are they even in business?!

It’s a shit company. You buy and then they are least concerned. They don’t respond. They hardly care that you have some issue with your order.
I have received my order a week back but whenever m trying to raise a return request, it says “we couldn’t process your request as it is not fulfilled yet” What the hell ? The quality is the tunic is so bad so i wanted to return it. But my money is wasted because m talking to a wall.
Why do people start business when they don’t have the manner s and brains to take care of customers ?

Navvi clothes are nylon like and really poor quality material. Their customer service is non existing. it is not worth buying from them. please avoid.

FRAUD Company! Don't purchase from NAVVI. Terrible Clothing, Poor Quality, No Refund, Rude Behavior & Phone Call rejected by Customer Care team. Very poor experience with NAVVI. Don't purchase from navvi.in otherwise you'll be scammed.

The company NAAVI appears to mislead customers by accepting orders and collecting full payment in advance, while failing to deliver the products within the promised timeframe. Despite assuring delivery within a week, orders remain undelivered even after a month.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifts the blame to customers by falsely claiming that they were unavailable at the time of delivery. In several cases, customers are neither informed about order cancellations nor provided timely updates. Moreover, the company withholds the payment and refuses to process refunds, causing significant inconvenience and distress to customers.

SCAM! SCAM!
Do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong and the quality is not good. I lost my money. Their return policy is garbage and you will never receive a refund. They are fraud company.

WORST EVER... THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PHONE NUMBER... WRITING TO THEM 15 TIMES, GOT A CALL BACK AND AGAIN VANISHED WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING FOR ... AND THEN THEY SAY THE ONE WHO SPOKE TO YOU IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR US ... PATHETIC.. ABSOLUTELY NO NO NO
