I ordered a present for Christmas
I ordered a present for Christmas, to be delivered in plenty of time. Unfortunately the postal strike had other ideas. The tracking was very useful but there was very little your company or myself, could do. After Christmas I emailed explaining what had happened. I had an immediate response - despite the company being closed. I didn’t ask for a refund but one was instantly given. On January 6th, my item arrived and I was delighted with it and despite now offering to pay again - my offer has been declined. Very good customer service and I hope my granddaughter and I will continue to support this lovely business.

I received the teats I ordered in…
I received the teats I ordered in timely fashion, thank you. I bought them to use with a prop I bought of a WW2 bottle to use in a dram production. They fit fine, but it is very unlikely that I'll be needing any more items from this company

Beautiful doll
Great store with a great website I was browsing and found a beautiful doll which I ordered for my granddaughter. It arrived today and it is beautiful. Great quality. A lovely ballerina doll that is going to be very much loved.

Hello again David. Just to let you know your initial order is definitely classed as lost. As advised via email, I resent your order on 20th December and have also refunded you the cost of the entire order + delivery by means of apology for the delay. Current tracking with Royal Mail as of 24th Dec, advises that delivery will be Weds 29th Dec. Kind regards, Ida
Hello David, sorry to see your order hasn't arrived. I can see from the system, that your order was placed on Saturday 11th Dec. The warehouse is closed over the weekend, therefore the order would not have been processed until the w/c Monday 13th Dec. The warehouse staff are working flat out over this festive period to fulfil orders as quickly as possible - your order was shipped out on Tuesday 14th Dec, and scanned into the Royal Mail network on 15th Dec.
During this very busy festive period, coupled with staffing pressures due to Covid within all courier networks, it's understandable that some deliveries may experience a slight delay. I can confirm from our side that order was shipped out promptly.
If you still have not received it by early next week, please do not hesitate to get in touch at hello@natureslittleones.com. I will be happy to look into it further, replace or refund. Thank you, Ida.
