Pollarding big and very old oak trees is a big undertaking. Naturally Trees, namely Trevor Osborne was quick off the mark and gave a sensible quotation. From that moment, he guided us through the local council permits, and brought an awe-inspiring team to do an incredible job, all in one day. Consideration and politeness ruled, and dealing with access problems came 'Naturally'. This could not have been done better. I had a front seat spectacle and watched the experts climbing around using climbing techniques and a cherry picker. Finally, they cleared up, and it was as if no one had been in our garden - except, there were two beautiful tidy oak trees. Thank you Trevor and team for a wonderful job.

Following Trevor's visit and quotation, the team arrived on site on the agreed date and time. The scheduled work was completed in full over two days and carried out in a very professional manner. The site was left in a very tidy state and all debris removed. The team was very friendly throughout.

Naturally Trees recently carried out a survey and tree surgery works for us. They are an extremely professional company and they carried out the work sympathetically, efficiently and were very tidy. Their rates are also very competitive. A very trustworthy company.

The guys did a great job on considerable reduction of a Laurel tree down to hedge height; removing an old Laburnum; hedging that had been overtaken by bind weed; and, the grinding of a very large tree stump.
Neat and tidy, efficient, friendly and communicative about what was necessary and also fairly priced. Happy with the outcome and would use Naturally Trees again.
