Excellent service. Windscreen replaced in 45 mins. Absolutely spotless. They even removed the holder for my dashcam from my old windscreen and attached it to the new one. Highly recommended.

Let down by wrong windscreen
Booking was easy and staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, had to go back twice as first replacement windscreen was wrong.

I was booked in for Friday the 21st and…
I was booked in for Friday the 21st and got a call in the morning that they would have to rearrange as the windscreen that was supposed to be fitted had a crack in it. I was due to go on holiday for the Monday and needed the car. I ended up getting the train which cost me £80 that I wasn’t expecting to have to pay out especially as the car had been booked in and should have been ready for the drive. When I dropped the car off all was good and when I went to collect I was told they couldn’t fit the windscreen wipers that had been paid for as the wrong size had been sent. However the guys in the workshop were lovely and very quick and efficient and I couldn’t fault them! I have since got a refund for the windscreen wipers but now I’m going to have to get them fitted by someone else which has just added onto a poor experience.

Window screen replacement Defender
The window screen was originally booked to be replaced at home. I then received a call saying that when they had checked the model of my Defender there was a sensor of some kind on the window screen so it needed to be done at National Window Screens. This wasn’t a problem.. I dropped off my vehicle & within an hour it was ready..
