Good result second time!
Initial booking was fine but the windscreen wouldn't calibrate so I had to make another 52 mile round trip to have another windscreen fitted.
Apparently this has happened before with my particular make of car so I'm not sure why the 'correct' windscreen wasn't ordered in the first place. It seems they have little say as to which windscreen is ordered.
Having said this the gentleman I dealt with on both occasions was polite, very apologetic & my second windscreen was fitted quickly as a priority.

Considering they allotted 4hrs for the replacement, it was done within 2. Very friendly staff, and facilities on site.

National windscreens replaced my…
National wundscreens replaced my windscreen on Saturday morning. Suddenly the washer jets front and rear didnt work. Nothing wrong with them before. It has taken almost a week for them to come out, to tell me a hose had not been reconnected. However, rear still not working and i have just been told by the technician it is not to do with their work. I am now having to make a complaint to try to get this sorted.....

New Windowscreen
Although a new windscreen couldn't be fitted at my home address due to the weather, it was taken to the nearest centre to be fitted. This was done quickly les than the hour stated.
Polite and friendly service. Easy to book online and quick response.
