Hardest was booking and get it all agreed as had booked for a morning slot which was confirmed thrn had an email switching to afternoon.
After a phone call, on hold for a very long time it was reconfirmed as a morning slot.
However the centre in Bristol were great, hence the 5 star review.

Great service!
Initially, they were unable to replace the windscreen at my property due to rainy weather. However, the technician called and arranged for a colleague to call me from workshop. The colleague called and I booked an appointment at their place. The windscreen was replaced within 2 hours!

Exceptional fitting and service
My original appointment was aborted because the wrong glass had been ordered. I don’t think the error was on my behalf but after inspection the correct glass was ordered along with a new appointment. I had a windscreen aerial and microphone that I’d done my best to remove from the old glass and I was so pleased that they managed to save them both and reattached to the new screen. The new glass is superb and the quality of workmanship and cleanliness is first class. I’m very impressed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I could not be more impressed.

Great customer support
I had my windscreen replaced by them. After a night shift I was shattered, so they just took the keys, completed the job, and dropped the key back through the letterbox. The replacement was done perfectly, but the new wiper blades developed a loud flipping noise that turned into an awful squeak after three months.
I rang them to ask about it and to my surprise they came straight out, adjusted the setup, fitted brand new blades, and now they are whisper quiet. Really impressive customer care.
