The service did not come up to expectations
The service did not come up to expectations. 1st call turned up with a marked windscreen
2nd call cancelled by branch due to delivery of a damaged windscreen.
3rd visit was not contacted to make appointment just texted by branch to say they would turn up on a day l was working even though I texted straight back and said this was not suitable. I told them they would turn next day would suit me. During this time I spoke to customer service but nothing was resolved. There is a problem with communication with this company. I had no problems with the technician.

A fairly basic service carried out professionally by friendly staff.
The screen was replaced under my car insurance. I was given an all afternoon time slot for the job and had to take my car to their depot and leave it with them all afternoon. This obviously required someone to follow me and take me back home to work and then bring me to collect the car later. A fair bit of hassle compared to them coming out to me. The reception area at their depot is a bit rough and ready rather than clean and comfortable for customers to wait in.
Apart from that, all the staff I spoke to were very polite and friendly and the cars was actually ready in under 2hrs ( not that that affected my transport schedule at that point). The new screen is fine as you would expect.

The replacement screen was the wrong…
The replacement screen was the wrong size so the old one was put back in but with multiple cracks I had to drive around like that for another week. The receptionist at the Bournemouth branch is very unhelpful that's when she does answer the phone, the lady at the customer service centre was very helpful but all she could do was email the branch who then don't reply. When the correct windscreen arrived I was then expected to wait another 6 days before it could be fitted. I stated that I should have been a priority and after refusing to accept any of the offered appointments as they were not convenient and at my insistence I was given an earlier appointment. I don't like to give a bad review and the fitters were all very polite and apologetic it was the attitude of the receptionist who has made this a bad experience that I hope never to repeat

Absolutely shocking 2 weeks to replace a golf windscreen, Hastings direct need to change windscreen providers no apologies for 1st failed fit allegedly due to damaged screen delivery to branch and then appointment made for Saturday and no pre warning or options for us to discuss date!

Job was done well but a long way to travel and a long time at the centre waiting for the job to be done. If I were not retired this would have been a big problem. No facilities at the site and a very poor waiting area
