Massively informative. I wasn't sure what to expect from the OLAT course recommended to me by the traffic commissioner. However, being new to the haulage industry I found it massively informative. There is a lot of information to take onboard but the delivery was exceptional from our trainer Tom.

Conrad was a very good presenter and made everyone feel at ease. I learned new things about my job as a coach driver and will apply the skills learned.

This is the first time I've attended any driving courses.
Ive found them to be very useful and interesting.
Also Conrad, and Tom took time to listen to all the Drivers attending and were patient and gave each and one of us the chance to participate with discussion of all the topics.

My only negative view ( probably because I'm 63 years of age) was if the courses could have been condensed by say 4/5 hours a day.

But overall Really enjoyed it and the talks and humour with my fellow Drivers

Ive driven lgvs for ny on 30 years but ive been out for 16 months due to ill health. So doing the cpc with national compliance was both refreshing, informative and interesting. The instructor Conrad was very professional and well knowledgeable when taking the course and put it across in a way as a driver with the same skills would !!!

The trainer was a top bloke and it was one of the few CPC courses where I've not struggled to stay awake. Rather than just talk for hours he got us all discussing the topics. Had a laugh while still covering the topics and addressing the more serious elements around risk and consequence etc. Would defo use again.

A good refresher on Operators License for Beginners ,instructor was very friendly and helpful towards the group

Wayne made it easy to follow and understand, most of the course I knew already but this was to refresh and get updated knowledge as an operator. I learned a few new things to improve my business and helpful tips from other people online.

I've made my 7 hours CPC periodic course with Steve and I'm very happy

No email invites arrived and no reply on the phone for over 30 mins from the opening times. Content gets the point across though the last session needs updating to include new technologies
