The course covered all the vital points. The tutor explained everything and allowed for questions to be asked. There was ample opportunity to speak up and no one was made to feel awkward if they did not understand something.

I liked the First aid wareness.
I did think it was going to be rubbish, BUT I must it was very good, a lot of information knowing how to use AED is great.
Plus how to help people the proper way.
