After blooming properly, I carefully poured boiling water into filter and most of the granules went straight through along with the water !! I have to say that the coffee you sent to me did not look very coursely ground - and I thought that was of paramount importance !! Anyway,I will try again and see what happens...☹️☹️☹️

I received the coffee ordered several days after I ordered it. I was starting to worry if I would receive it because several days went by and I had not even received an email that acknowledged my order. Eventually someone got in touch and explained that they had some problems with their computer system. I was very pleased to receive the coffee shortly after and I appreciated the explanation for the delay. The coffee is a strong coffee that is my very favourite coffee and actually the only one that I really enjoy these days. I was relieved to get my order.

It was easy to find what I wanted and to order. My order was delivered before the scheduled date.

We’ve been using their coffee bean subscription service. Fantastic range of Asian beans in gorgeous packaging. A real change from the normal.

I ordered my own phin and coffee and liked it so much I ordered a gift set for friends at short notice online, and they made sure I got it in time!

Also, the coffee is delicious, and the phin filter is good quality and easy to use. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer once I run low on coffee!
