Finally I have found a company that…
Finally I have found a company that offers a great range of bikini cut mens swimwear. I have shopped around the world looki g for the perfect fit, and these guys have provided. I have found their customer service exceptional. On one occasion I had an issue with sizing and fit, and they were only too happy to help. Can't be faulted. Great organisation and fantastic product range

Just not very good
Long delivery times, with a delay of 5-working days for the items to leave the destination hub (With no comms until I chased them).
When arrived, the items were similar, but not what was specified on the site (The back was not a t-back but akin to a ladies halter neck). Close, but no cigar.
I wrote complaining about the issue 4-days ago... with no response.
Good luck procuring from these chaps.

On delivery: our site does outline a 6-15 business day timeframe, and your order arrived within that window at 9 days. That said, we hear you. Proactive updates along the way make a real difference, and that's something we're working to improve.
On the item: we're sorry the back style wasn't what was shown on the site. That's not the experience we want for anyone. Our support team has identified the issue and a full refund has been processed. We hope that goes some way toward making it right.
On response time: we're a small team and depending on the nature of an issue, we do need up to 3 days to investigate properly. We understand that can feel frustrating when you're waiting for answers, and we're sorry the timing landed that way.

Take "Kiwi" out of your name
With a name like naked kiwi you would expect them to be shipping goods within NZ. I ordered a pair of shorts and it took 27 days to arrive, from some unknown country. It does say on their site that it can take up to 15 days, which in hindsight signals that they are a drop shipping company. But come on, 27 days? You need to be more transparent on your website about this.

You're right that 27 days is beyond what we'd consider acceptable, and we're genuinely sorry for that. February brought some unexpected supplier delays due to public holidays that affected a small number of orders, and yours was one of them. That's not an excuse, just some context. We did reach out with compensation for the wait and we hope that helped.
On the name: Naked Kiwi is proudly a NZ brand in identity and spirit, though like many NZ businesses we work with offshore suppliers to keep things accessible. We take your point about transparency and it's useful feedback as we continue to develop the site.

This a total scam and they will take your money, you get a fake tracking and then you have a massive battle on your hands to get your money back. I placed an order on 9th February, today is the 27th and the tracking is still empty. Its a
TOTAL SCAM!!

Drop shipping company
Drop shipping company. Ordered clothes in 3XL and they were a Chinese 3XL (labelled US XL) meaning my loose boxers were tighty whities. Customer service provided a 50% refund as they’d posted measurements to base things off, which is fair enough.

Sorry the sizing caught you out. You're right that our products have various measurements rather than NZ/AU standards, and we do publish measurements on each product page for exactly this reason. That said, we know it's easy to miss and it's clearly something we need to make more prominent.
Glad our team was able to reach a fair outcome with you. We'll keep working on making the sizing info harder to overlook. Hope the next order is a better fit!
I made a mistake in my order
I made a mistake in my order; the fault was mine and I was angry with myself because I thought I had wasted hundreds of dollars in placing the wrong order. I am a pensioner on a fixed income so the loss hit me hard. Naked Kiwi insisted on helping me, even though I knew I was at fault and, therefore, did not request their assistance. They sent me the correct order at no extra cost. Thank you Naked Kiwi for your excellent customer service!

Great experience
I loved the shorts and underwear I received! It took about 2 weeks to get the items, but that's more than reasonable knowing they're coming from overseas, and the seller was very communicative when I had any questions or concerns.

I was able to find sexy and well-fitted mens underwear on the NK site. Shipping was fast, even being in a different country. I really enjoyed the selection, and the colors are vibrant just like on the website! Super affordable too.

Affordable selection and good customer care
The website was clean and easy to navigate. They have a good selection of products at affordable prices and the customer support was good. Order is processed promptly and communication is good. I really liked my undies I bought and they were really cute at the pool party I wore them at. They also gave me a free bottle opener.

Another Drop Shipping Company
They may have an office based in NZ (though anyone can pretty easily get a P.O box) but they are most definitely a Chinese drop shipping company.
Ordered a product, after several days I got a tracking number. It's taking wayyy too long for a company based in the same city as me. So I check the tracking number, lo and behold it's for Equick. A Chinese shipping company.
Check the about page on their website and it's very suspiciously light on details...
Frankly I don't even mind drop shipping companies I just want them to be up front about it!
For what I feel is an intentional obfuscation of the nature of their business, I give them one star. Next time be honest.
