My first 3 days of juice cleanse experience with Naiquan was simply great! Wasn't hard to follow, and the juices itself are quite tasty, so not too bad. Immediately after the first 24 h, I noticed some improvement, my sleep was deeper and properly refreshing and I also noticed that my skin (face) immediately looked more bright and fresher! My level of energy was super and i didn experience any hanger pain or unpleasant aspect Little headache due to the lack of caffeine that last little few hours. Overall great experience that i'm planning to add as quarterly habit moving forward. Great help and support from the team that provide you clear explanation on how to do it and also will ask all your question. If you are looking for a natural and healthy way to give your body that little energetic boost I would highly recommend trying. I'm already planning my next one!
