Easy to use web! Great experience for someone new to the fitness insurance world :)

I didn't have to remember to update my insurance.

I recently signed up for liability insurance and overall the process was fine, but my experience with the phone support was disappointing. The representative I spoke with had a noticeably rude tone and seemed annoyed while answering my questions. At one point, she told me I seemed confused, which came across as condescending—an attitude that was not necessary.

Insurance isn’t always straightforward for the average person, so I expected a bit more patience and willingness to explain things clearly. Especially for the cost of the service, I think customer support should be more professional and respectful when assisting clients who are trying to understand their coverage.

I was easily able to add an additionally insured, quickly on the phone.

The purchase is easy, but getting a COI for my work is not, website is "under Maintenance" to receive the copy. This is odd - not what I was expecting.

I love the constant reminders.
