I have used this insurance for 9 years…
I have used this insurance for 9 years and usually have no issues and receive great costumer service. This time, I had to call because there was a typo on the options to renew my insurance. It was a significant typo that caused some confusion and took up extra time. Seems strange it wasn't fixed even though the agent seemed aware of the typo.

It wasn't clear for other modalities…
It wasn't clear for other modalities besides the big ones. One entire coverage list and what to big modality to choose would be good. Website Pages are not pdf'able, so I can keep info like modality coverage. It was just OK.
