They have tons of resources available to help make the best decisions for tax savings, a great community to ask questions, and weekly online videos covering all the necessary topics. Communication good- Execution needs work
Marketing and support are good. Online webpage messaging is excellent. However improvement opportunities exist with slow “ white glove” services. A 3 to 5 day set up for Gemini account was advertised. Misplacing customers sign up data then asking for client to resubmit days later is not a good reason to take 2 weeks. Consern on delay leads to consern on solo401k regulatory compliance risk.

Our crypto partner (Gemini) was backlogged over the Thanksgiving weekend (when you applied) and unfortunately, we don't control how quickly they can push applications through compliance review. However, we are in touch with their team daily to ensure your crypto trading account is opened as soon as possible. Glad to hear the Solo 401k is working well and we'll keep improving our partner relationships to make things even smoother for you.

I wanted to rollover my pension into self directed retirement account. I heard Nabers was a good company to do it through. I did my research on them and a couple of others. Their service seem to fit what I wanted to do the best. The service was quick and easy at a good price. I am fully satisfied so far. Excellent service

Nabers Group is one of the best teams we have aligned with for financial information training and application! If you experienced a longer response time, it may have been with another company. Our records indicate that, before you signed up with Nabers Group, you bought a course from another company in which our CEO was a teacher. That separate company is under completely different ownership and management than Nabers Group.
