My neck is really bad . I don’t want to have surgery. I came across with the Vitality. I was not sure if it would work. The secret is you don’t need patches to change. So as soon as got it I felt amazing. My migraines diminished to a 2 coming from a 10. The pain in the neck got much better. From a 6 down to a 1. I never thought this little gadget would help me with my migraines for seven years. Vomiting six times the first day. The episodes lasted six days. I was so desperate. I am taking medication and I do my stretches. But it is not enough. My body got used to the medication. Heat helps. The cord didn’t last that long. So they are sending me one for free. Now the 2.0 is out there to buy . I will wait to use the old one. Thank you so much for let me feel better. Yesterday I had an episode . It was nasty. I am waiting for the charging cord. I bought three more things from this company. Have a good day.

I bought this product for my husband who struggles with vertigo and vagal nerve imbalance and so far this appears to be helping.

I received this product in August of 2025, I tried to use it many times over the next week but I could never get one of the 4 electrodes to sufficiently work. I emailed the company and was told that they could not give me an RMA to return the merchandise because they were too busy and that they would get back to me. I tried to be patient and continued to correspond with support for a couple of months and they continued to tell me they were so swamped with other people requesting returns that they couldn't give me an RMA so that I could return the product AS GUARANTEED. This product is CRAP and the company is a FRAUD!

I like that it's very simple. Three buttons and that's it. It automatically shuts off after 10 minutes which is nice because you don't have to think about it. My neck feels much more flexible when turning my head.

My daughter bought this for me after I kept complaining about migraines that seem to start at the base of my neck.
