The product does not look as described. They stall your 60 day refund. They offer partial refund 15-30 procent wich is still above profit margin i'm sure. The headset is horrible. Looks bad feels cheap. They send ai generated emails. I just want to send my item back and get my 27 euro's back but they don't even want to do that. Only the partial refund.

You only get an email adress where u can send to and if they dont respond you cant even start your refund proces.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with an online webshop.

The quality of the earbuds is extremely poor. They feel like cheap, low-grade products, with almost no bass and a finish that looks nothing like what is shown on the website. The so-called “chrome finish” appears cheap and poorly done.

What is even more concerning is the customer service. The website clearly states that returns are possible within a certain timeframe. However, when I tried to initiate a return, I received no proper support. Instead of providing a return process, they first offered a 10% refund, which is completely unacceptable.

After multiple emails and explicitly requesting a full refund, I kept receiving generic or automated responses that did not address my request at all. The only thing that changed was that they gradually increased their refund offer (up to 40%), clearly trying to make me accept a partial refund instead of resolving the issue properly. I refused these offers.

Additionally, the website promised delivery within 5 days, but the package only arrived after about 4 weeks. This strongly suggests dropshipping from China, something that was not transparently communicated.

In summary: misleading product presentation, poor quality, and customer service that avoids responsibility. I strongly advise against buying from this webshop.

This website shows that it has five stars on trust pilot but when you go to trust pilot to check it, it’s never been reviewed. Prices are way cheaper than they should be in is an obvious scam.
