We have terminated our 401-K plan a couple of years ago and we still received phenomenal service from the customer success specialist Andi Reyman. She resolved our issues and followed up every step of the way! REALLY A++++++++

Had an issue with my calculations and the my rep jumped in to take care of them. It's great when a company works hard to make a happy customer! I am really happy with where I'm at and with the result of using Ubiquity.

I really don't want to deal with the 401K requirements. Every time I reach out to Ubiquity I get very good team members who are very helpful and responsive.

The wait time before speaking to a live agent was very short. And the agent was thorough and resolved all of my questions. The email response time was pretty fast as well, I received a response within two business days.

Horrible customer service, wait time for your own money is ridiculously high and take too many taxes out. They send your money by wire which most banks won't even except wire transfers anymore not modern day ACH payments like everyone else.

You say it was a payment issue but haven't worked for that company since May so you mean to tell me they haven't paid since then shouldn't my money have already been in a trust account .
