5 weeks and still waiting for a valid licence key! Support is a joke, everybody called Jenny and some responses are AI. Full of excuses!

I got a discount from Goat Funded Trader which I currently trade with and upon application, there was an order error. I reached out to support and actually got adequate support from Jenny.
She asked for certain requirements and worked on my subscription without me having to do anything.

Guys please be very careful of this scam app, they got me scammed out of my hard earned money ($240) . I sent multiples email to support and before they respond back it takes forever! Bad and poor customer support.. secondly my 240 is gone because I couldn’t use the service I paid for. I was given a fake license key, I was able to login into thier website but unable to connect any account. I have been on this for the past one week. Yet nothing has been done. Please don’t be the next victim! They are scammer. I have prove of my payment and their confirmation. Traders please Watch out for this scam app.

I purchased MTJ copy trader for 1 month. My experience with them was great. If someone is trading multiple prop firm accounts then I'll highly recommend you MTJ copy trader.

Poor platform, it goes jerkily, in the replay it blocks the time frames, if I click the play button it starts but does not develop the candles that by changing TF actually develop and the platform blocks, often it also requires 30 s to load the passage from one TF to another, a source of unnecessary stress when you are in the chart. used for 2 hours, I contact support for the refund of the monthly fee but they do not respond. to be avoided absolutely.

update: the refund has been issued, I would be happy to try the service again later when the above issues are fixed.

Terrible service. Had to chance support 3 times to finally get a reply. After that I had to keep chasing for a further reply. No reply after I requested a refund. Not going to bother chasing anymore. Terribly run, deserving of this 1 star review.

Good evening all, I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but i feel i have a duty to potentially prevent anyone else sharing my painful experience.

I purchased the trade copying service on the 14th. Received confirmation via lemonsqueezy and a receipt showcasing my active subscription and payment renewal date. I didn't receive any product information or licensing codes. after a conversation with a robot i emailed their support staff.

days later i've been advised it get sent automatically and that i should check my junk and any other alternative mail section that it may of been sent to. After a thorough search nothing. I replied instantly. 3 days later another reply asking my email address that I've linked the purchase with and that my case has been pushed to a different team.

Its been almost a week now. No product. No response. 1 week less on the VPS I've simultaneously purchased.

Extremely disappointing being tripped at the first hurdle. If you encounter any issue at all be aware of the zero support staff.

Mi experiencia hasta el momento ha sido muy buena con el servicio de Copy Trading. Tuve unas consultas sobre el uso de la herramienta y el soporte estuvo atendiéndome constantemente hasta que di con mi problema. El problema que tenía ni siquiera era del servicio Copy Trading, pero aún así dieron con el problema (el problema tenía que ver con la empresa prop firm que estaba utilizando yo) y ellos me orientaron sobre qué podía ser y pude adaptarme a la situación gracias a ellos. Mi experiencia ha sido esa. Por eso sigo con ellos 👌🏻👌🏻

Their copy trade is not user friendly its really hard to install and use. I thought it was going to be really helpful and is easy to setup like other copy traders but its not and its really hard. I asked for an refund but they said they cant do it. So please dont use their copy trader better to stay away from them.
