Hospital appointment missed, taxi never arrived, rang and cancelled.

We were stupid enough to take a Mytaxi from Oslo Airport to city center. The driver told os it would be 1000 kr but charged the double. Now we know that a taxi should only cost 6-700. Dont use Mytaxi!

drivers just cancel the trips just when they feel like... no way to give a complain or bad review. I even lost train because of those m*ron drivers... enough bulls*, I will NEVER use this app again

Seems there is no customer rights. Once again they proof the typical taxi monopoly behaviour: costy, unreliable, bad service! competition is healthy and will crush their bad enterprise!

mytaxi illegally supports drivers who ransom their customers; I was locked in the back of a taxi until forced to pay with cash 300% the rate quoted by mytaxi. When confronted, my taxi said they were sorry--here are two vouchers for 20 euro each--that should cover the amount we quoted you. The taxi driver wanted 100 extra euro because his drive went 27 minutes out of the way to pick me up from Pompeii, and mytaxi is backing this behavior. They have not refunded me a cent, saying that they just cant refund me. Everything is in order. Sorry, not this time. I will gladly forward the dozens of garbage email correspondence they use to circumvent the dishonest customer service they provide. Not only do they double charge (and in my case knowingly triple-underestimate the rate), they are illegally profiting from these double charges. For example, the taxi driver will charge you to get back into the metro area, doubling the rate. Then he will turn the mytaxi app back on, start the meter, and charge the next victim for the same leg of the trip. mytaxi refuses to comment on this illegal practice.

The fare estimate appears to have been plucked from thin air and has no bearing on the final price. In what other industry could you be quoted £10 and charged £18 with no possibility of recourse?

Used the mytaxi app in italy. Fare estimate 16-19 euros. Driver tried to charge 44. My taxi explained that the estimate was correct and the driver was correct. Explain that one!! Eventually agreed 25 but wont use this app again. They refused to credit the difference tot he original estimate.

Personally I can only say good things about Mytaxi in London. Fixed prices to the surrounding airports are a bonus too.

App quoted to pick me up after 5 minute, and 13-16 euro to BCN airport. Cab arrived after 15 min, and charged ofver 22 euro for a 5 min trip. Superscam!

19 eur fare estimate for a 20 min drive, driver demanded 110 eur! Threatened to steal my baggage. Settled with 70 eur. No support from mytaxi.
