Disgraceful packaging from this company…
Disgraceful packaging from this company - the worst I have experienced in years of online purchasing. How they expected a fragile hoverball to survive that, crushed into a small postage bag is beyond me! I note that others have received damaged goods also so not a one-off. My first and last purchase from MyTamariki and not recommended. Unable to see how to upload a photo with this.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. I am very sorry to hear about the disgraceful packaging and that your hoverball arrived crushed.
We take packaging and product protection seriously, and it is unacceptable that your order was shipped in a way that resulted in damage. Your feedback regarding how this was handled has been noted, and we will address this with our dispatch team to ensure it does not happen again.
If there is anything we can do to assist you further with this issue, please let us know.
