We have had the best experience dealing with Abi and her team at MSI. We had a very short window of time to furnish our flat and given that UK was new to us, we were worried about dealing with multiple vendors, sizes, quality, colour schemes and time lines. Abi just made it look like a walk in the park. One stop shop with absolute professionalism, excellent quality furnishings and so many options and ideas to chose from. Value for money and very tasteful palettes. We couldn’t have done it better even if we tried ourselves. We had a four bedroom apartment completely refurbished and interior designed together with furniture and window dressings. They were extremely patient with us especially as we changed our mind many times on wallpaper fabrics, rugs and chairs. They made a huge effort to work to schedule, obey the complex rules and regulations of the building and kept us posted at all times. Very impressive and professional

We like the fact that everything went smoothly and the furniture has very good quality and style. We ordered everything online because we live outside UK and they handled everything from then. The only thing that we didn’t like is that one item got late but we were told and still came when we needed them already.

Professional, trustworthy and flexible. We never got the chance to meet in person during these special years. And the company and the colleagues gave me all they can to make my home pretty.
