Well. What can I say, I have emailed and still no delivery since December, no response to my emails. Looks like I've been scammed. I should have checked the reviews earlier!

Update: they did refund a portion of the purchase price.

Update #2: I have had severe gut issues since trying this product for a day and stool testing just revealed I have blastocystosis. Apparently a course of antibiotics should fix it.

Lesson: do not consume this product. If you have consumed this and show symptoms be sure to see a doctor asap.

TLDR: definitely not legit, only buy from trusted sources.

These guys are scamming with counterfeit products and a fake website. It’s not a sophisticated scam by any means, they just prey on consumers naivety.

I received my package 5 weeks after ordering, it came in a blank jar with no label or instructions. They told me it was because they had ‘so many orders that the manufacturer didn’t have time to print labels’ 😂😂

It did pass the burn test (kind of)
It didnt mix as well as other Shilajit- sandy residue
It didn’t solidify in fridge

Once I realised it might be a scam I decided to do some research. First step to look at Trust pilot suggested my concerns were right.

I contacted them asking for some reassurance and I received a copy & paste email assuring me it is legit. When I asked for clarification they sent me virtually the same email (verbatim) assuring me, but didn’t answer my questions.

I asked for a refund as the website says try it for 30 days. They told me it’s 30 days from purchase- the shipping process conveniently took longer than that..
They also request a ‘restock’ fee as though they were planning to resell whatever they had given me

So I dug a little deeper and found several red flags

The company was created in November 2023. I purchased on 12/12/23 and didn’t receive order until mid January 24. There is no way they would have been able to sell 26000 products (as their website says) from November until I ordered on 12/12

There is no record of mystic Shilajit on any of the resources they share- shark tank, buzz feed, medical news etc.

They have effectively repurposed a few generic articles about Shilajit as their own.
I contacted the author of one these and she knew nothing of the company Mystic Shilajit.

I looked up the IP address and sniffed around. They’re using an intermediary for mailbox servers called Zoho Mail, and there’s some interesting red flags

I could go into the technical specs about this but considering the time value of money, I have already spent more time seeking proof than the cost of the product itself.

Probably not worth your time as the evidence is pretty clear by the trail of unhappy customers on here

One important note: there are other websites with very similar structure- almost identical. I think they may be running these in parallel.

Lesson learned: It’s better to spend the additional money and purchase from reputable sources.

Took a month to get to my address.
The package tracking is fake, it's a thumbnail of somewhere in America however it's all written in a different language. It's just a screenshot of America to look like it's from there.

Thie website? Ha.. The site shows 8k+ trust pilot reviews all awesome but when you actually go on trust pilot you see it's all fake.

The site is young it was made in November but apparently they've been selling online for years as they state..

If you Google the website it's known as unsafe and fraudulent.

No labels.. not testing certs. Who knows what's in this product. I mean it may actually be shilajit but it doesn't look like how it was advertised..

Asked for a refund (numerous times) chinned completely off. 30day back guaranteed it says on their site but that's a load of shilajit!

Company is a Scam stay away from these people.

Shilajit “Resign” not “Resin” on the label is an instant warning light!
(Perhaps that’s why other people report receiving blank jars- they’re getting new labels printed?!)
I also wish I’d read the reviews before wasting money. Probably won’t consume it….

I bought three jars of mystic Himalayan shilajit and I was allergic to it, it made me feel ill. I’ve been trying to contact the company for a refund as their website clearly states they’ll refund you if you’re not happy within 30 days - guaranteed! I informed them that I’m happy to return the two unused jars. I’ve heard nothing from the company, they haven’t replied to my emails! Beware when ordering from this company they don’t honour their guarantees!!

Unfortunately I didn’t read the trustpilot reviews. I only went by the reviews on their website.
This stuff is a complete waste of time and money.

Same as everyone else, I received the product with NO LABELS OR INSTRUCTIONS. Since it’s a supplement (little to no fda regulations) you’d expect some visible effort in ensuring that the customer is receiving the actual product, but all I got was a label-less box with a plain jar and a wooden stick (scoop). Who knows what this is. When I looked up the lab that did their “3rd party test”. No where to be found, even the name already tells you that is a fake ass company and report so BEWARE. I sent an email to the company about this concern. Will update once they respond.

Lots of great reviews on site unfortunately I think they are fabricated. Ordered 2months ago nothing arrived.they communicated originally but now nothing.i paid extra for there own insurance but was told that only covers item if returned.tracking number not recognised and when I received a email to say product couldn't be delivered contact courier mystic shilajit told me they don't know what courier was used.avoid!

This is fake shilajit. Do not buy. I repeat, do not buy. Real shilajit will not burn, it will just kinda heat up and bubble. Mystic burns like sugar. Do not buy

Over a month for delivery. Blank jars and box with no labels. No paperwork l, what so ever! Taste isn't great but wasn't expecting it to be nice.

After 2 days of consuming this product I became ill. Thinking it was a bug I had caught. A week later I tried it again. Stomach feeling bad again!

Can't be bothered to attempt a refund but would not recommend this product. What ever it is does not want to stay in your body for long!! Trust me I no!

One star would be too high. Rip off merchants selling god knows what in an unmarked jar

Much like many of these other reviews, which sadly I didn't read before buying, this stuff comes in an unmarked jar, unmarked box in cheap plastic bag that has been shipped from China.

I've used shilajit before but this stuff inside smells more like old tar residue scraped out of an ashtray, or worse.

No labels or list of ingredients anywhere whatsoever. Looks nothing like what they post on their FB and website. Then they give you the same story that their packaging is in processing backlog and that's why everything is unlabeled.

Multiple times ive said under their 30 day money back policy, I want a refund. Now they have ghosted me.

Formal complaint has been lodged to consumer trading, relevant importation bodies and the bank. These scammers need to be stopped

Won't be consuming it. The website is glossy with tales of the highest grade shilajit and then it arrives in a jar with no labels no credentials - and nothing like what was portrayed on the site. Who knows what is in it? Find a legitimate sourse

This company is a scam. If you take your time and look into it they lie all over their site. There's no about us or story, red flag! They say featured in shark tank... lie! You can't find anything about them. Their 8k+ reviews ...Lie. So bummed I got scammed by these ghosts. I've been waiting 3 weeks and no package yet. I'm gonna toss it in the trash at this point.

Asked for a refund a day after i ordered the product, but they said that it was already packed and send… I don’t think it is real shilajit…
Feeling pretty stupid as this is a big scam!! I will file a report on this company

Mystic Shilajit has great customer service. I received a product with no label. They then explained that it was due to high volume and sent me 2 replacements after Christmas. I used it for about a week and now i feel better than ever! I highly recommend them.

SCAM!! avoid - they ship you blak jar without any labels and it takes foreever!!!

I highly doubt this is shilajit and believe this company is a complete scam! Shipping takes FOREVER and when I asked for a refund (3 times) they kept saying no refund possible because it had already shipped yet tracking said still awaiting item. Complete black container with zero instructions or writing and tastes AWFUL. I have tried several shilajit products and this is the WORST!!!

Took forever !!! Someone wrote me and used "u" instead of "you" first red flag , the bottle once you open it its almost leaking , no instructions, I'm so mad after reading these reviews .I did the burn test and was not convinced

Pacakge arrived a month later. Boxes were blank, pots were blank. No paperwork or instructions inside. Just four badly packaged pots that were leaking and the 'shilajit' inside the pots actually smelt of death. The smell was utterly repulsive there was no way i was consuming it and i knew instantly this had been a scam. Feel like an idiot for not checking trust pilot beforehand like I usually do but for god sake DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Whoever is running this scam business, if you're reading this, shame on you - karma will have it's way with you.
