Working with Sandeep Shroff was a frustrating experience. His tone throughout was casual to the point of being dismissive, and often outright condescending. There was a clear lack of professionalism in how he approached serious business matters, and any attempt to have a reasoned, fact-based conversation was met with deflection or vague justifications.

When you're dealing with something as critical as your company’s finances, you expect clarity, respect, and accountability. What we got instead was attitude, inconsistency, and a general unwillingness to engage constructively. It felt like we were being talked down to rather than treated like a client.

Would not recommend engaging with him or his firm unless you're comfortable being patronized while overpaying for services that don’t scale with your business needs.

First meeting impressions: Sandeep came across as arrogant and was not pleasant to speak with, making the conversation difficult. We won’t be moving forward with him. Sandeep may want to consider a different approach when engaging with new customers.

They are very helpful and on top of everything. They are also knowledgable.
