I cashed out a lot of points for gift cards back in Oct 2022 and Jan. of this year 2023 and still haven't received them.They keep sending me surveys to take for them but won't pay up when I redeem.I have written to them about 4 times already about this problem and they do not respond.They are rip- offs. Update : two days ago they finally sent me my Amazon gift card that I cashed out points for at the beginning of this January. I still haven't received my Dunkin' Donut gift card the I cashed out points for in the first week of Oct. 2022.plus no response from them on my complaint!... I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and more if they don't send it to me.

I was able to do surveys and cash out for a while then one day I couldn't log in and when I emailed support I was told I was blocked from the site because don't qualify for surveys enough. I had about $20 worth of point they wouldn't let me take. I don't know if they are a scam but be very careful and don't leave too many points because you may not be able to cash them out.

I have to agree with everyone else they said it is a scam it is 65000 points no prize waste of I they kept raising the points needed for redeeming

Tried to get my points and they will not give them to me So sad for a company to do this. Never have had any problems with other survey companies,

This site does not accept the activation of new members' accounts, although it sends them surveys to waste their time answering, but it does not allow them to redeem their points.
I personally send many e-mails to the support of Mysoapbox without receiving answers.

It is simple site and easy to work, this is my first time on MySoapBox and I will invite my friends to join this site.. but I recently have a problem that I can't login to my account and the following message appears: (Invalid username or password)!!!!
I don't know what is the problem and I'm sure 100% of my email and password.
I hope the support at MySoapBox will solve this problem quickly.

They are a joke. I only did there surveys when I had nothing better to do. I wanted to not get emails as they are unneeded and way to many. So they shut down my account. Fine with me as I got dqed every time so would never reach pay out anyway. I have other much better places to go make money at. Seem rather scammy now.

Seriously, this is a criminal site. I spent months building up my points until I could cash out a decent amount and when I did, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to process. A month later, no payment had arrived.

I contacted MySoapBox and was told that due to quality control checks, I would not be paid and would in fact also be blocked from the site. Again, they gave me no word that this would happen and I had to contact them to find out. Absolute garbage.

So I've been completely ripped off by MySoapBox and have no recourse to get the money I'm owed by them. I use many survey sites and this is the only one that hasn't paid me. Incidentally they're also the only ones who've ever accused me of not filling in surveys properly.

I'd advise anyone to avoid this site. There is an extremely good chance they WILL NOT PAY YOU. There's plenty of better sites out there. Criminal sites like this will soon be out of business hopefully and good riddance...

I am very pleased and impressed with the good customer service by mysoapbox. Specifically by Kevin Moran Who provided excellent customer service and solution to the problem. He is very fast, efficient, and polite. I wrote an email to support and received a response within two hours! I was greatly impressed with that alone and then within a short time after that, there was a solution to the problem and I was able to receive my reward points.

I highly recommend signing up for mysoapbox. They have great customer service and are very mindful of the time you spend on their surveys. Thank you again Kevin and mysoapbox surveys.
