Thank you very much, but just to give you an idea, the Small size is larger on her. (21 pounds) until I close it most of the way down and then it fits perfectly. I believe your “small” size can go til to a 25 pound dog.

I was able to get two of my three dogs registered with my service animal, ( I didn't have enough money to do the third) and even mad a mistake and ordered the wrong item. The representative was very kind and sent me what I needed promptly! I will definitely refer everyone to them!!

Contacted business and started application but had questions. Unable to get ahold of them and left message to cancel order. They processed the order anyway and charged me. Do not use this business.

Went to the My Service Animal website. Checked out the size of vest to order per their chart. My standard poodle is 68 pounds and 26 inches tall. Their chart says a medium is for dogs 24 - 30 inches tall weighing from 61 - 76 pounds. The vest arrived and is woefully too small. When I sent them an email describing the problem this is the response I got:
"We can offer 2 options please choose one:
1. Keep the old harness and purchase a new one with 40% discount
2. Return the old one and purchase a new one with 20% discount "
I suggested that it would be more helpful if I paid to return the vest and they sent out a large vest charging me for any difference in price between medium and large.
Their response was enlightening - they weren't going to help me and offered the following:
"So do you want to send us the old one and purchase a new one?
Or keep old one and purchase new one with 40% off "
Clearly these folks are not interested in happy customers - I suggest you avoid them.

Ordered two tags, were shipped out in time via USPS. I never received them, the P.O. said more postage was due. I emailed the company, sent a copy of the notice of postage due, but "John" refused to do anything about it, would not call the p.o., just insisted he had put enough postage on. I warned him that the notice said the post office would be returning the items by a certain date if he did not pay the postage due. They were returned to him. I then had to battle through Paypal to get the refunds because he refused to refund me voluntarily. I have the email string to prove he knew in plenty of time to fix the problem.

Nick was super helpful! I had a few questions about my order and they were promptly addressed, and resolved. I expected issues but there were NONE and I got my dog's card in the mail just a few days later. Thank you again!

However, I would like to note the great professionalism of everybody who works in My Service Animal because these people were always in touch, did everything they can to find the box, and promised a refund in case it was completely lost (fortunately, it wasn’t). I am highly impressed.

It was my first experience registering animals online and, to be honest, I was terrified at first. The whole process looked too complicated for me. Fortunately, very nice people from the My Service Animal customer support were incredibly helpful and guided me through the whole process. I’m very happy with everything!
