We recently wanted to do something on our site that was out of the ordinary. Our error was trying to do it without consultation.
After royally screwing up our entire hosting service (We're a hosting reseller), we asked for HELP!!!

Extremely Disappointed with Myresellerhome Service
I am deeply frustrated with the poor service and lack of accountability from Myresellerhome Inc. My account has been suspended for over three months (since 30th August 2024) due to an error in payment where I accidentally paid twice for my domain. I promptly requested a refund for the duplicate payment, which was refunded through a chargeback.
After all this time and repeated follow-ups, I have now been told:
“As you raised the chargeback and did not close it in our favor, in such cases, if you want the service active, you will need to pay a chargeback raising compensation of $125.”
This response, signed by Brenda Taylor from their Billing Department, is completely unacceptable. They are ignoring the fact that I have already paid for their services and was only disputing the duplicate payment made in error.
Meanwhile, my account remains suspended, causing me to lose customers, business revenue, and my reputation. After all the stress and inconvenience they’ve caused, this is the response I receive?
What would you do in my situation? Have you experienced similar treatment from this service provider?

Never ever put hosing in this reseller this reseller is after money and cannot help you when facing challenges they look only for money.
