I ordered a 1000 piece puzzle for my anniversary. Production was completed the next day and I received it exactly 7 days after production. The puzzle was great quality and I received it in a white box with the original picture printed on it - it was a great anniversary gift. I was a little worried because of other reviews but my experience was great! I did have to pay 35aed delivery/customs fee but was told that if this happened I could be reimbursed, and the communication with the company was very good. Overall very satisfied.

I made a mistake on the size but everything was as expected, if it was bigger i would be very satisfied! Delivery took a bit of time but the product is good

The prints are of ok quality. upon delivery I had to pay additional fees just to receive them

I have never been informed that the ordered canvas will be sent from Germany and I had to pay additional taxes not included in my order. The quality is not bad but there are better options in price locally. For sure I will never again make an order through this internet site since the information is not clear at all.

I have placed an order 20 days back and i am still waiting for the delivery. it still shoes not dispatched. No reply from the customer care.

Bought a custom piece for a surprise present. It was delivered with another surprise gift (customs fee) which my partner had to pay on his own surprise gift. Delivery came from Germany and not UAE so was VERY misleading! Super disappointed as it tainted the surprise. Go elsewhere if you are from UAE!!!

talk about a fast turn around of 5-7 days its been 3 weeks and little update. they have given me a tracking number which doesn't work. I am not expecting the pictures to ever show up at this point.

Update: the product did eventually arrive. At this point I had already bought it locally as it was for a birthday and I could no longer wait. When it did arrive after a month there was an additional shipping fee of 127aed to be paid. The company responded and told me I can have 40% discount on my next order due to the issue. I do not believe this is acceptable.

It’s a scam!!! Don’t do it!!! I put in my order in December 13th as they said a fast turnaround. Still no show. Have asked for a cancellation and refund but didn’t get a response. The company is based in Germany and not the UAE.
Go elsewhere!

I am scammed! 6 December I did my order, today 13 december the order isn’t even in production. The phone number on the website is not working, send an email and had to do the order on a other website since it was a present. Please don’t waste your money like I did. Hoped to get my money back

Still waiting for them to send a special birthday present. Took many more days to produce than they said, currently sitting in their delivery process and I guess it will for ages. No idea what the quality is like but assume 15 days delivery would be my advice to you.
