I just didn't know who to turn to but I recognized the name MyPCUtilities and I got the help I needed right then, right now. My issues were fixed and I have the support I now need. Excellent. 5 star help. Satisfied!

Was having issues with download videos, they resolved my problem quickly and were very courteous. Will use them again and highly recommend.

I was suspicious of the promises to clean up and repair my desk top without adding additional charged on after the initial sign on payment. The Technicians stuck with it until a lot of "junk" was removed and my computer reconfigured. Now everything works perfectly. It's as though I have a new computer. I highly recommend MyPC Utilities.

Oh my God. Where should I start? This company was amazing and the technicians are so good at what they do. I had deleted some very important things off of my computer, which caused my computer to start acting weird. I couldn't use my search bar, I couldn't use my windows icon, and I kept having crashes. This tech name John came in and fixed all of those issues. He started fixing the issue around six p.m. and stayed with me, fixing the issue, all the way until 1:30 in the morning! Tell me what technicians will do that for you? NONE! But the techs with MyPC Utilities are really good at what they do and I recommend everyone go to them if they are having an issue with their computers and need a fix right away. Very good service and very helpful.

My Miscrosoft problem was resolved quickly. the support was very thorough. The support team explained the steps taken to resolve the issues.

I was having an issue with my email and the geniuses at MyPC Utilities took over my PC and solved the problem I had along with optimizing the entire computer. They also worked with me on the cost! They really are a blessing. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Just an awesome job. I believe them to be quite trust worthy as well!

laptop would not me send invoices by email due to several issues with the computer and after a total of 6-7 hrs. over a day and a half the tech. fixed the problems, also help download a new copy of quickbook great job.

This problem has been a thorn in my side since I first got this computer. It has caused me stress knowing the computer was not working properly. This problem has bugged me for over a year and it was well worth the money to get the peace of mind knowing that is working properly now.

This outfit was patient with my inexpirence and stayed with the job till it was successful. Polite folks
