The sauna is great I really injoy it.

Absolutely love my infrared sauna. It feels great to use and it’s very therapeutic and good for recovery. The only slight thing which isn’t really a thing is it takes about an hour to reach 55/56 degrees, I feel it would take 2 hours to reach 65 degrees. But regardless of that I’m so happy with it was a great buy for sure!

Got a infrared Sauna. Took about 3 weeks to delivered. I had contacted them after 2 weeks and they got back to me straight away letting me know that it had been booked for delivery.
Arrives on a pallet.
Set up took around 35 mins. Video on the website was very helpful. However there's a few steps that has already been done for you. (Mainly to do with the door) Which is even better.
The sauna is fantastic, an amazing piece of kit. I've been in it every day for a week now.

Love the sauna but, as a 6ft bloke, it is a bit of a tight fit for your legs and the heat from the lower part onto the backs of your calfs can get uncomfortable, but it is a nice unit.

I can only say how impressed I am not only with the Lux Sauna it self but also the customer service has been first class especially Grace.
I did have to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but it was so worth the wait.
I self built my sauna using the utube video which was excellent and found it quite easy to build.
I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend MyoMaster

Excellent and very prompt information from Marion so Ive gone ahead and ordered a myosauna lux. Hopefully the rest of the experience and the sauna itself will be just as good.

After sales service was excellent had a problem with a faulty part this was replaced and dealt with very professionally by Rachelle, I can fully recommend Myomaster.

Andy and James arrived with the various boxes and took them out to our cabin where it was to be built.they made sure I knew it would fit and that I had the link to view the YouTube video for instructions. They were extremely helpful and even checked the height of the sauna. I couldn't fault their professionalism and friendly approach to their job. We now are using the sauna regularly and love its efficiency.

Ordering was easy. Came before delivery date. Set up was real easy. Been using it EVERY DAY since I purchased it 3+ months ago. Personally I think everything was 5 stars if I had room for a bigger one I'd definitely buy it.

The Myo Master infrared sauna is the best purchase I've made!
Lottie and her team have inspired me so much that I even started my own Red Light Therapy business.
If you're on the fence about buying yourself a sauna, you will not regret it! It's also really cheap to run, which was a worry of mine, but it's so affordable.

Bought the infrared sauna - fits great into my home gym with the 90x90 footprint.

The rear heater is excellent being positioned in the middle lining right up against the spine to lighten inflammation and help ease the pain of an old spinal injury (multiple disc herniation.

Looks great and was easy to put together, managed it as 1 person but safer with 2 as the glass door is heavy.

All in all very pleased and surprised as this is the cheapest infrared sauna available in the UK. In my opinion it’s superior to a Nook which is more expensive.

I had a 2 person from UK saunas and I could sit in that for an hour on 65c, in this one I’m done after 20-30 mins it penetrates and radiates heat much better than my older larger one!

The customer service from start to finish was brilliant. Quick delivery and easy to put together. Im so happy this is now part of my daily routine and purchased ice bath also to go along with the infa red sauna. So happy with the quality also.

I’ve been really impressed with Myomaster since I bought the chiller over two years ago. Unfortunately, the pump started to malfunction and Myomaster (Rachelle in particular) has been really helpful in getting things sorted.
Great to see they look after existing customers and not just focus on the new ones!

The Infared sauna is excellent, used it pretty much every day since and it’s great. Doesn’t take too long to warm up which is always a bonus

It’s a brilliant piece of kit. Easy to install, works like a charm. Is genuinely hotter than most saunas I’ve ever been in. Fits perfectly in a spare room or gym. And easy to take apart. A no brainer to buy
