easy ordering and professional delivery. will highly recommend company

I was trying to place an order for a new mattress but having great difficulty in getting a discount code to work in conjunction with a Saturday delivery. I emailed customer service and Simon replied very quickly and the problem was solved. My order was placed and confirmed by 7.30 am on Friday morning and my mattress was delivered at 6.45 am on Saturday morning. I was given regular updates too - I couldn't ask for any more. I would happily recommend My Next Mattress and Simon in particular. Thank you

Purchased the Hypnos mattress for my son’s bed. He said he’s had the best night sleep ever. Super quality. This is our second purchase from this outlet and through experience the Hypnos is our go to for back support and a great night sleep. I can’t express the excellent quality of these mattresses.

Excellent product choice and arranged delivery to IOW

Great, from ordering to delivery of the mattress. Arrived on time and the delivery man was very polite. Highly recommend.

They answered all of my questions very quickly. I love that it has the trial, but I knew I would keep it within a day. They spoke to me about the delivery, the collection of the old one, and a few other things. They’re fab!!!

Great service and comfy mattress. The mattress arrived the next day and the delivery guys were really helpful. I would highly recommend this mattress, it is quite firm in that you don't roll around but also soft enough to feel really comfortable.

Never thought I’d say this about a mattress company, but best customer experience I’ve had in a long while. My product went out of stock but rather than making this my problem, the customer service team offered a number of solutions and made sure I never went without a mattress given we had a guest staying with us that week. Would recommend my next mattress and already have to friends.
