First off been over a dang month n there’s no way to really get ahold of them besides on tik tok but was ignored then when he went live I asked where my products were then he blocked me lol wow!! So I went in on another account n asked why he blocked me? So he blocks me again!!! I NEED MY MONEY ASAP!!!! You have thee worst buisness skills ever n for someone who sells drugs n not food grade is wild asf!!! Do NOT !!!! DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!

IF I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered October 8th and waited patiently, there was no correspondence explaining what was taking so long. I had reached out via TikTok, his website, and the discord until he finally responded early December. Needless to say I was strung along and never received my order or a refund. Dispute is in progress.

I placed an order on 11/18/23 and still have not received it almost 3 months later. I'm assuming I never will at this point.

Has to be a scam, right? I ordered on November 14, 2023 and did not receive anything. I've called several times, emailed. Nothing. Spent $125. I actually spoke with someone once and he said that UPS must have lost it and he would send me another package. Of course that did not show up.

Zero stars. Sent $185 and got nothing but frustration in return. I reported them to the feds. Scamming across state lines is federal. If they scammed you I suggest you do the same. Be prepared to send a copy of your credit/debit card transaction. This is wire fraud a federal offense. Also judging by the number of complaints a felony(crimes totaling more than $1000) . Your bank or DOJ will be more than happy to help.

I placed a $185 order on 10/19 and have only had a shipping label created. As a single mom in the process of intensive trauma therapy, I do not have the funds or mental state to be screwed over. I can not get a response and I do not have the energy for this. Suicidal ideation is a side effect of the healing work I so desperately need, so situations like this only makes me regress as I just want to be in control of my medicinal plant medicine.

Placed an order September 13. It's October 26 now. Still waiting. I think I'm out $185.

This company is a scam, avoid at all costs! I placed a $160 order almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed “customer service” and Tristan, one of the owners said he would personally look into it. I replied to his message a few days later, no response. I again emailed customer service and again, no response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

5/5 Stars. For a budding young business I was blown away by the customer service! Customer service is king. Then I find out…it’s the most important person in the whole place taking time out to immediately halt everything and help me on a personal level. This is a business that’s going places. A: The product is absolutely amazing. B: The quality I’ve seen so far with packaging and logistics has been phenomenal. I’m coming back and I’m super happy with the results! This is not a paid review; lol and if you take a look at my history I will absolute trash something. Wonderful experience. If I was on Shark Tank, I’d invest.

Very slow to ship. Contacted them and was informed items had shipped (but only after I contacted them). Items arrived destroyed in shipping as there was zero packing in the box -- absolutely none. Disputed the charge and heard from them some four weeks after the fact. Won't do business with them again and suggest others do not as well.

Read reviews first, don’t get scammed. This is not a real company.

Despite a miscommunication, I received my order pretty quickly and tristen went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. (Im not sure what these other reviews are about, cuz that was not my experience. Will be ordering again.

They were very late on their shipment.
They sent me completely the wrong items.
The items they did send me were defective. The Rye grain bag had a huge hole in it, when sterilization is important. And their instruction booklet was marked up manually with sharpie.

And they made me pay for shipping to return the products I didn't order to get a refund on the products I did order.

Stay away from at all costs!!!

Do not order from Myndshrooms. They are a scam. Ordered a kit in November 2022. Have not received anything. They do not respond to emails and their customer service phone number is a private number of someone unaffiliated with the company. Avoid them at all costs.

Has to be a scam company. Took my money and never sent the order. No customer service after multiple attempts at calling, emailing, IM's on Instagram as well as Facebook. Also my comments keep getting deleted on Facebook! So frustrating. DO NOT ORDER from this place!

I don’t know if this company really sells stuff, as far as I can tell it seems to be a total scam. They took my money (over $150) and never sent me anything. I contacted them multiple times, the only time they sent me a response was when I left a negative review on their website (which they probably didn’t post, because it’s their website and they can control what’s on there….) and even then they still didn’t actually send me what I ordered, so naturally since I paid for an item and still hadn’t received the item/a valid explanation for its absence/proper communication about what was going on, and it had been over a month since I ordered it, I demanded a refund, but of course they didn’t do that either, so I thought I’d at least leave my experience someplace objective. And I guess my advice to Myndshrooms would be to get it together and my advice to consumers would be to not give them your money…
