I scheduled an appointment hoping to get a bioidentical prescription after being told through the chat that they could send it to a compounding pharmacy. Unfortunately, the appointment felt rushed and there was very little attention given to my symptoms. After paying the $99 fee, I found out they only prescribe FDA-approved medications and can only send prescriptions to standard pharmacies like CVS, with different dosages than what I’ve previously used. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel like it was a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re specifically looking for bioidentical or compounded options.

I have met with my provider twice. It was very rushed, the provider was very condescending, and the solution was very "one size fits all". I have a thyroid issue (hashimoto's) which is affecting my menopause journey, and was hoping for more understanding. I was even told that me walking 7-10 miles a day (work from home, walking pad and standing desk) was not enough for me to maintain my weight. I tried the protocol, had horrible side effects, was told I just needed to give it more time (even though I told her it was far too strong and I could not function), and was done -- 20 minutes a visit.
I do not recommend this group if you are hoping for personalized, nuanced care.
