Refund policy exists on paper only — zero response after 7 months
I subscribed to MyMap.ai and immediately requested a refund within the timeframe explicitly stated in their own cancellation and refund policy. According to that policy, I was entitled to a refund and should have received a response within 48 hours.
That was over seven months ago.
Since then, I have contacted them through every available channel: support email, direct emails to both co-founders via LinkedIn, and I even involved an Italian consumer protection association. I received no response through any of these channels — not a single acknowledgment.
The EU ODR platform, which could have mediated this dispute, closed to new complaints in early 2025.
I'm not writing this out of frustration alone. I'm writing it so that other potential subscribers are aware that MyMap.ai publishes a refund policy they do not honor, and that their customer support is, in practice, non-existent. Make sure you are comfortable with no recourse before subscribing.
