We love MLW! The website is so easy to use and to find exactly what you’re wanting. Very good communication if you’re needing help with anything and fast replying to. Was excited by the range but disappointed with the quality and delayed delivery times. Took 2 weeks and only some items arrived. Not the end of the world, but don’t state delivery will be in 3-7 days if it’s not true. Sizing is a joke. Ordered items size 2-3 - all short and t-shirt sets. The two that arrived had different size labels, yet the size 100 was two sizes bigger than the size 110. Makes no sense except for very poor quality control. So one is too small and the other is way too big. Hoping if the third ever arrives it will be the goldilocks but after 3 weeks I give up.

This place is a joke. The 3-6 business day processing is also a joke. I ordered on the 2nd of September and still have not received any shipping information.
Either this company is not located in Queensland or there is something seriously wrong with the packing and logistical side of your business.
As parents who are trying to support and Australian business it is not our problem or our fault that you are constantly understaffed. By the time I receive my order my son will grow out of the clothes I have bought him from your company.

Funny that you are unable to find my order as the confirmation email I was sent literally says "hi Tugba"
As you have stated below, it has been 7 days since the business has reopened and I still have not received shipping information.
Lastly, I have reached out via email twice. I received a response for one of my emails but not the second email.

Please dont buy here! They would not only take ages to deliver something that simple as 2 t-shirts! My order was done 2 weeks ago and it haven’t even been process… I asked for a refund but seem like they will also take 10% for doing nothing! Please dont buy here mums!

It took a month for my order to arrive. I asked 2 weeks from making my order on when it will arrive, they replied saying it will be with me the next few business days. My baby grew much bigger within that time frame. There are no sizing tags on the clothes. It’s clear they purchase and send from a foreign factory as some tags had Chinese writing. There are no tags on the clothes showing ‘’my little wardrobe”. They upsell through their business as the products are quite pricey. The sizes vary and are not true to size. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

wow i have just received my first ever my little wardrobe package and i must say what an absolute waste of money ! First of all i ordered a few items a month ago most for a birthday outfit so ordered with plenty of time, took then 3 weeks to even put any communication towards posting the items, i then emailed myself to follow up as it was a few days before the birthday and still no shipment date, finally got an email stating they have refunded the outfit but still sent the hat out 🙄 okay that is fine … a week later and we finally got the hat … and i must say i am extremely disappointed the quality feels like a swim cap and it is not even soft it is such a rough material and itchy while looking rushed. So disappointing and heard they are crap quality and they drop ship items from all over the place including china, ali express, shein etc that is not your own company items may as-well just directly go to shien and buy form there, will never use them again and they should not be allowed to even do this let alone run a business

These fluffy mocs are a must have for your little one.My granddaughter absolutely loves her 5 pairs and she will honestly leave them on all day.Trust me you won't be disappointed.

Companies that claims to sell Australian products when their are not they should be receiving heavily fine like in Europe

Unfortunately not happy with my order, personalised names on the Easter bags were all squished, the material of the bag shouldn’t have been on the website to begin with if that’s how it turns out?? Emailed them my concerns and got a response stating because I chose white writing that it’s on me that it turned out like that?? Why have that as an option if it’s not going to be clearly visible? They gave me a discount code for future orders. Upset as I really liked this brand and thought they were good quality.

Very polite staff and very good quality clothes. Stylish too so that’s a bonus. I’ll always go back to my little wardrobe!
