Wow!! What can I say??? Just received my first order ( the most popular bundle,4 500g bags) and it’s not often I leave a review but have to with this,first of all,ordering was easy and delivery quick,kept up to date with tracking too,and then it arrived! OMG the bags are huge!! So much liquorice 🥰🥰. So many different varieties and the taste is sensational,best I’ve ever tasted,big high fives to the team and I will definitely be ordering again,if your on the fence about trying this,go for it,you won’t be disappointed!!

I cannot praise the company enough. I have ordered many times and their products are first rate . Sadly my latest order was damaged by Royal Mail but the customer service from My Liquorice was exemplary. I received my replacement within two days. Top Liquorice Top Service

I have bought from this company before.
Good experience every time.
Last order was missing one item, I contacted customer service and they sent the missing item, no drama.
All in all a good company to deal with.
Oh and the products are top notch quality, I don’t think everyone will like everything but this is an eclectic mix from around the world. I can’t remember tasting a “not nice” piece.

Great service

Have being ordering from this company for about a year,
Very prompt delivery with good communication too.
If there is any issues that needs attention ,for example a shortage in my delivery The issue is dealt with very quickly and professionally.
I shall continue to order the best liquorice on the market.

Great customer service and delicious products!

Made an order for a few different assortment bags so i could try the huge variety of different products offered, and also a small bag of Caramel Salmiac Liquorice truffles. I also qualified for a free 200g mixed Gourmet bag - yay!
I have started the Gourmet Assortment and I absolutely love all the different liquorice types, salty, fruity, etc - all delicious. The truffles are truly amazing though - big bag will be ordered next time!

The free bag was unfortunately missing from my order but I emailed them, got a polite, apologetic reply very quickly and they sent the extra bag straight away.

Will definitely be ordering again :-)

Excellent customer service; scrumptious liquorice

I’m a liquorice lover and finding My Liquorice has been an absolute joy. The variety of liquorice is extensive and oh so delicious. The customer service is excellent and I am one happy customer who will become a regular. I would like to thank Patricia for her excellent customer service care and support. Fantastic products and service

Fantastic products and service, I have used My Liquorice on numerous occasions and have always been happy with them. I would recommend trying their seasonal bags of liquorice, I’ve found some new favourites this way.

Excellent service

Excellent service when I emailed to advisemy recent order which was for a gift was being returned by the carrier. I emailed to ask if they could send a replacement as it as for a gift. They processed the replacement on the day and despatched it the following day.

Be very careful

Be very careful when dealing with this company. Once they have taken your money if the order goes wrong they have no interest in the customer at all. My advice would be to look at other companies when they are looking to spend their money. The customer service is atrocious and they constantly lie to you promising to contact you then ignoring you. According to the reply they only had one email which is like their promise to reply to me the same day, another lie. The only reason they bothered to reply next day was because I left a bad review on their Facebook page. This company have no idea of customer service. As for the free bag they hold so much stock in, it is being returned with the products that were wrong. Thankfully I will not use this company again and would advise people to check the company they wish to use before ordering

We are very disappointed to read this updated review as it still does NOT accurately reflect the communication that took place.

The customer initially contacted us via Facebook, where we clearly ask customers to email us directly because Facebook comments/messages are not a reliable way for us to manage order issues properly. Once we received the actual email regarding the incorrect order, we responded the following morning, apologised, arranged immediate replacement of the correct items and included an additional free bag as a gesture of goodwill.

It is our company policy to admit mistakes, make amends and try to make sure it doesn't happen again.

At no stage did we refuse to help or show “no interest” in resolving the issue. In fact, the replacement was arranged immediately once the problem was reported to us through the correct customer service channel.

We also explained openly that our professional email system automatically logs and acknowledges all incoming emails and, after checking thoroughly, we could still only find one email from the customer. We politely asked whether screenshots or delivery confirmations of the alleged missing emails could be provided so that we could investigate further, however none were supplied.

The customer also confirmed to us privately that the issue regarding a promised same-day reply related to Facebook messaging rather than unanswered emails.

Packing mistakes can occasionally happen in any business and we apologised for that immediately. However, we do not believe it is fair or accurate to describe the company as dishonest or uncaring when we responded promptly, corrected the issue and sent replacements straight away.

The variety is insane! Love it all, but! Today I tried the Liquorice Allsort nought, it's next level.
Higher priced than shops, but worth it.

They took my payment out on may 4th…

I haven’t received my Order yet .

Disappointing First experience

Placed first order as my wife wanted to try, I was skeptical but decided to order the selection. Overall the quality of the sweets are Ok but the customer service and response to enquiries poor, I received no notification of shipment and a one liner when enquired. I have to say that i was expecting a four pouches as pictured and it was not until i double checked the order on receipt see it only comes with the 3x500g, so in my opinion if you order via a mobile device it could be seen as misleading.
In summary at £6.67 for 200g it I see this as a premium level price point, and whilst the Liquorice taste is nice, my experience is that the service levels do not reflect a quality experience or price point. We will continue to try the remaining Liquorice but cannot see any incentive of placing future orders.
UPDATE: Absolutely no change in score and very tempted to lower to 2 stars, company did reach out and did admit potential misleading images. I would highlight that I have not responded as the correspondence was poor and full of we did this and that !! BUT they did little until prompted, also implying delay was due to high demand, which translates to lack of resource and CS. we have finished all bags now and stand by comment that the quality did not reflect the price point of this product and not much different to some of the good high street brands. Would not be recommending or endorsing this brand.

We are sorry to hear that this customer was disappointed with their experience. We have reached out to them but have not had any response so far.

However, we would like to clarify that automatic emails were sent confirming both the order and subsequent dispatch, including the Royal Mail tracking reference and tracking link. We also responded again with the same tracking information when the customer contacted us directly.

Whilst our reply was brief, it contained the key delivery information required and was sent during an unexpected technical issue affecting multiple orders simultaneously.

We have also taken on board the feedback regarding the Discovery Bundle imagery on mobile devices and are reviewing this to make the distinction between bundle options even clearer going forward.

UPDATE We are sorry that this customer remains dissatisfied with their experience.

However, we do feel it is important to clarify a few points again for accuracy. Order confirmation and dispatch emails were both successfully sent, including Royal Mail tracking information, and we also responded again directly with the tracking link when contacted.

This order itself was dispatched within our stated timescales despite "high demand".

Regarding the Discovery Bundle, we acknowledged that a small number of customers (2 in fact) have commented that the main image could potentially cause confusion, despite the product options themselves stating the correct contents clearly. As a result, we immediately started reviewing the wording and imagery to make this even clearer going forward.

We always try to respond honestly and constructively to feedback, even where we may not fully agree with all aspects of a review.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Patricia. She sorted my issue with the shipping address almost immediately and requested my order to go out straightaway so my Mum could receive her birthday present and it did! I will definitely be buying from this company again.
