The product is lovely. So eay to take. I like to take mine in the mornings either in my coffee or in a smoothie. My son takes it too and he likes it in a smoothie and I've noticed i don't feel that horrible bloating feeling and with my son weve notice a big chance in his bowl movement. He use to struggle going to thw bathroom and would take ages but now he seems to go regularly everyday and alot quicker. We've also notice his skins alot clearer too so hes very happy. Aside from the product the customer service is brilliant. Always happy to help and I had a situation with a delivery during the heatwave it was with the Royal Mail and they ended up keeping for so long that by the time I got it it had been out the fridge for days and whe I opened it it had a funky smell in was runny looked nothing like what it did when I've ordered in the past. I was abit worried about taking it. I did message to let them know. But I never asked for a replacement or anything as I know it wasn't their fault but with in a couple of days I had a email from them to say they had dispatched a fresh batch for me. I was not expecting that and they were so kind to do this. Another reason why I will continue to order from them.

It's a good product but I need to be using it for a longer period of time to give a proper appraisal. The quality is better than the Jamaican version and bigger. On holiday presently so not using it, but found using it when working as a gardener it does give me slightly more energy.

Give me plenty of energy and supports my gut health.

This seamoss really works. A spoonful daily helps me to feel less bloated & not sluggish at all.

It’s a great product that I love, but the last few times I have ordered the delivery has been longer than I think it should be for a product of this nature(royal mails fault possibly) but having it delivered in hot weather when it sits in the van for hours with no proper packaging like an ice pack to keep it cool as needed to be refrigerated, last few times it has turned up with the jar warm to the touch and liquid. Puts me off ordering again!!!

Yes it’s a no for me. I ordered some gummies, shots and gels from mylasmoss but it didn’t work for me nor my family. Delivery was super long but I’ve finished them and wouldn’t order again as it just weren’t for me.

I had text messages and emails from the company with no footer or email details (I thought they were spam) saying that my subscription was being renewed and items sent. I emailed the company back to say ‘cancel’ my subscription did not hear anything back and have received the item. Unfortunately the product is being dispatched quicker than it can be used and it’s past its ‘best by date’ so I’m no longer wanting to use the product and a lot of it is going to waste. I waited almost 50 minutes to speak to someone on the chat and had no response. There’s no public contact number either which is convenient.

Maybe is good for you, no doubt in that but omg the taste is so bad 😔 I've had different one before and it was actually really nice (dilofnature) ane tasted more like lime, but this mylasmoss I'm sory but i can't stand it. 🤮 Delivery was quick so that's a plus

I’m new to trying sea moss and after seeing adverts on social media, decided to make a purchase. Unfortunately, my order arrived on one of the hotter days we’ve had and had melted during transit - as I’m new to this supplement, I wasn’t sure if the texture and consistency was as it should be, so decided to pop customer service a message through their website. I received a response within 2 days and they very kindly sent me out a replacement jar free of charge which was a much appreciated outcome :)

i got my delivery today and they are out of date in 2 week how you ment to consume 2 large jars in 2 week is beyond me i have emailed no reply

Scam - please don't believe the reviews. Ordered 2 packs of herbs, £60. Sent them back, paid my own money. They kept the herbs, and never refunded me. They said the refund could take 10 days, and that was 17 days ago now - no refund takes 10 days, and I still never got the refund. Bank has no trace of them refunding, only taking. I'm down £70.

Good product, but customer service needs to seriously be improved. It's impossible to get in touch via email (no reply), online form to amend my order doesn't work ('email doesn't exist' - it does, it's my order email), then I have to chase multiple times over several days via insta DMs to get someone to help me, which feels dodge.

I’ve been using this moss for about 4 months, maybe longer. I love my seamoss, I never get sick and it keeps my skin looking great. Also love the herbs. I have the iron mix and woman’s blend. Highly recommend
