Stayed at scarletz suites in Kuala lumpa in march 24. Room we had had a leaking bathroom sink and bathroom door was filthy. Reported problems but ignored. Reported them and a cleaner came to fix sink but I had to wait in for them as they would not come otherwise. Sink not fixed as door not clean. Complained via WhatsApp and cleaner came again. Did not fix sink. Complained again but just got generic WhatsApp response and no actual replies. Eventually a guy turned up and fixed the sink, a 2 minute job. Asked via WhatsApp for explanation and compensation but just ignored. All messages read no replies. There are several management companies in the building so use one of them and never ever go near my key as they are an inconvenient disgrace.

I purchased a key and delivery was prompt. I had a minor issue where the key appeared to be at fault. However this was not the case. I emailed MyKey their response was excellent, (If only all Businesses were like that) the issue was resolved with one email. So many thanks to Mykey staff and well done that is how service should be delivered. I very rarely leave 5 star for anyone as there is always room for improvement so well earned.
