The course was directed on attitude and using your Spidy senses. Great concept because the majority of drivers do not pay attention and are not courteous. They do not think that the vehicle is a weapon of mass destruction. Your course points this out in as many ways possible. A+ 100 %!

As many of us already know about driving regulations and the laws, it is good to remind us about safe driving methods. I was driving this morning around 7:30 am, and noticed many younger people trying to rush to places, cutting in, driving too close, and some giving a finger to others being slow. They only save a minute, and nothing changes, and it may cause a longer time to get places, and their anger and frustration are not worth having any problems on the road!

I recently completed ImprovLearning's defensive driving course. I took several defensive driving courses in the past, at times in person but mostly online, to benefit from reduced auto insurance rates. Needless to say they tended to drag along at a sloth's pace with droning pedantic voices lumbering on endlessly. Painful. Fingernails scraping a blackboard. Alas, I stumbled onto ImprovLearning's defensive driving course. It is quite different - pleasantly so. The pace is quick and the presentation was entertaining. Corny at times? Yeah, but this is part of the course's charm. It finally felt like someone was talking to me and not talking at me. While slightly more expensive than other defensive driving courses, it was worth the cost. I hate the sound of fingernails scraping a blackboard...

I really like that the course is informative as well as entertaining along with catching a discount to boot.

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I recommend IMPROV Traffic School to all my family and friends. Now I am saving a lot of money with Geico and this really makes a difference.

This was the best driving class I've taken (not that I've had tons of tickets or anything... lol). But seriously! It was fast! It was easy! It was "enjoyable"! It was affordable! Heck, I might just wiz by another speeding camera so I can do it all again! (just kidding ;)) Thanks to IMPROV for finally delivering a class that isn't insulting to the average adult!!!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Imoporfv Learning, and I would not recommend it to anyone. What should have been a simple orientation ended up taking over an hour due to constant technical issues. I was forced to interact with a chatbot that wasn’t helpful, and I had to call tech support multiple times just to try to move forward.
The system repeatedly made me scan my face—at least 30 times during orientation alone—and answer the same “secret question” over and over again, sometimes 5–10 times in a row, just because it wouldn’t advance to the next chapter. On top of that, the platform constantly logged me out or reset my progress, forcing me to restart chapters I had already completed.
When I finally got to chapter two, the exact same issues happened again, requiring more calls to support. By that point, I had scanned my face over 60 times and still hadn’t made it past chapter five. It was exhausting and completely unreasonable for what should be a straightforward course.
At one point, I answered a security question incorrectly out of sheer fatigue, and after scanning my face yet again, my account was locked. I was then told I had to restart the entire course from the beginning. This was after spending four hours dealing with glitches, freezes, and constant interruptions.
What makes this worse is that the company claims strict rules tied to NY State and DMV requirements, yet their own support team had no problem manually marking unfinished chapters as complete so I could move forward earlier. So clearly, exceptions can be made when it suits them—but not when it would actually help the user.
Despite having records of my calls, knowing my device, and being in contact with me the entire time, they still refused to let me resume where I left off. The platform is unreliable, overly complicated, and incredibly frustrating to use. This experience was a complete waste of time.

Definitely a positive experience with IMPROV Traffic School! The sign-up was simple, the course was easy to follow, and I could do it on my own time. The humor really helped keep me engaged. Some of the videos were a bit distorted, but adequate. I look forward to receiving my certificate in the ,as promised, timely manner. Highly recommend!"

The time wasn't long and it was made easy to listen to as it wasn't boring and it was also very informative.

It was easy and funny , I really enjoyed it.

Great lessons, fun teachers

I have been taking online courses for over 20 years for my business. Your defensive driving course reached a pinnacle for me with regards to what I learned, retained, and for its entertainment value. Fast moving, highly informative (I even took notes) on the innovative 'Spider' discussion which I have now resolved to use in my everyday driving (about 90 miles daily). I am 74 and committed to the safety I learned from Improv. I am actually thankful I did get the red light ticket leading me to your course for now I will move forward mindful of what i was taught. A must for anyone needing a course like this. Thank you!

It’s timely and very essential lessons for anyone who drives and wants to keep the road and pedestrians safe. The course has what it takes to make you do what’s right and acceptable as far as driving is concerned.

I was very satisfied with the way they explained the test and the questions which made it easy for me to understand and able to answer them to the best of my ability with plenty of time to think about my answers ahead of time. I highly recommend them and I used them twice and have a very good experience both times and it doesn’t take long to get your results.

The course was easy, most are common sense. I would say staying focus helps me to finish faster. The course allows you to work on your own paste although you need to finish within 30 days. I don’t like when my photo is taken very often and I have to answer the security questions often. Besides that I learned a lot and will apply daily.

the five hour course took much longer than five hours,
plus I had difficulties after every chapter to proceed to the next.
let's hope that "myimprov" will improve...
