Denied card charge, but then took our money from the account
We have had so many problems with myhealthpays.com with Ambetter Health. Their website has so many issues, the message center never answers, just tells you to call a number. The card is supposed to work at Walmart, but often is denied, just buying groceries. Recently the myhealthpays card did not work at Walmart, we tried three times, denied. So I had to pay with my Amex credit card, but then they deducted that amount to my myhealthpays account, so unfair, I paid twice for the items. I am trying to get myhealthpays to pay me back. They have major communication problems, so many issues, website down/ problems, it is very frustrating to deal with them. The companies could be better if they improved things, it is a constant frustration with them, if only they worked as they should. They have way too many issues. If only they worked as one would hope and think.
