Even the purchases with issues have always been resolved properly. I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I’ve received.

Haven’t received my order yet so it’s very difficult to review something you don’t have. Am surprised I have not received notification that my wig was shipped. Order placed on August 26th. Thought it would at least be on its way. Loved the other wigs purchased from Hair do I’m hoping this one will be the same.

Best company to get a quality wig
I am his wife I am very pleased with it the color and the fit. It came sooner than I expected. Federal Express delivered to the wrong address but the person was honest and left it at my door. I would definitely order again.

The company has an AI chat and also you can email a real person about questions. After a few answered questions about delivery and return policies. I made my purchase and it got here so quickly. The sale on my remy human hair was the least expensive compared o other sites and I spent close to $2,000. It was important to me to get the best price. Its here and I love my wig! I already washed it and wearing it.

This company has a variety of wigs and great choice of colors! Most of the time I can get the lowest price for a high end wig! Only hindrance to more purchases is their return policy- 2 returns within 120 day time frame.
Great customer service! Great turnaround time! Great response time when updating a change in delivery of product and availability.

It came much quicker than expected and with some extra goodies and a sweet note attached. I already had this same wig but needed to replace it as it was getting frayed. It was perfect and half the price of what I previously paid in a retail store! Thank you!
