This place is a disgusting scam - they trick you into giving your credit card details and then debit your account every day. I'm so furious - bunch of thieves. Please be careful.

Last February 6, 2025, I contacted myglosslips.com. and raised my concern regarding my subscription. I got a message on the same day saying that my subscription will be cancelled after 14 days, to be exact on Feb. 20, 2025. Then I emailed again requesting for the return of the charges made against my credit card. I got an immediate response yesterday, February 7, 2025 from Ahlby. Ahlby assisted me resolve my issue regarding reverting back the charges made against my Eastwest credit card. She said she will accommodate the return of the charges. I am very much grateful to Ahlby for this consideration and resolving my issue immediately.

SCAMMERS/ NO REFUND
They stole my credit card numbers automatically subscribing to a 36.00 euros credits service. and a month later another 36.00. When i asked for my money back they claimed they wouldnt according to their "Terms and conditions" NO REFUND policy, which one i didnt agree at first place.

I had to ask to a lawyer and let them know i would take legal actions. After several weeks of chatting with their costume service, repeating over and over i again a wanted a refund, they agreed they would return only a half of my money.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, and liars

I requested my account to be cancelled immediately I realised I wouldn't benefit from their services. It's been a tough process. The agent, Daisy, was kind enough to help and escalate the process. Just waiting on my refunds to arrive.
