Top quality products but delivery method to improve
Top quality products, unfortunately DHL for delivery is not a great option in my region. The parcel arrived 24 hours after being load into the van, which unfortunately with this heat was not great for a meat order. Sausages probed at 10degres.
Products are great, delivery method can be improved.

The delivery was late arriving
The delivery was late arriving. DHL called the next day to say they had the woing postcode.
I am disabled and have Dementia, so I may have given the wrong code in the first place. no blame is indicated, other than to me. Hehe!
What concerned me was the fresh foods being kept for an extra 24 hours or more. When they arrived, the ice packs were all water, do DHL have fridges? I imagine not.
Well packed and protected. A few cans were dented, but not blown.
