Needed some lint removed from S23 USB C port as wouldn't charge and didn't have the tools. Guy across the road wanted £30, Fone World did it on the spot for no charge, took about 2 minutes, friendly and polite and just a great service. Couldn't be happier, thanks guys.

Went to Dudley, Merry Hill branch with my A71 phone not connecting to network: Naz was confident it could be repaired and charged me £65. The first suggested fix by date came and went, so did the second. After 4 weeks I collected my unrepaired phone. Naz offered me a refund and put my card through the reader. Surprise surprise no refund was ever received. Poor communication, no receipts/paperwork, took my money and I've no evidence anything was ever done to try and repair my phone. I just feel I was completely ripped off.

I had to take my 2 sons phones in to get a new screen on different days and the service and quality of the repairs were both excellent.
No need to look elsewhere for future repairs :)

Bath Store - Avoid at all cost! the level of incompetence, excuses and poor customer service. I would literally take my phone anywhere else other than this branch. Awful!

=) I highly recommend the store 'Fone World' in Westfield Shepherds Bush. I came across the store on my recent trip to London. After going into an EE store, who is my contract provider and into a Samsung store, (who I didn't actually think would do anything instore but I thought I would at least try). I'd lost all hope in someone helping me. I have had difficulty turning on my phone and it can take me from 40 minutes to a few hours to do so. I had attempted to keep my phone from losing battery so that I did not have to go through the torment of squeezing it tightly in the hope of it turning on but I was unable to do this when travelling to London, especially when our coach charging facilities did not work. Distressed by this I had lost all hope in turning it back on. My phone does have life when placed on charge and it does increase in battery percentage on screen. I explained all of this to the gentleman instore and when explaining he seemed to understand exactly what the problem was and did not blame it on my cracked phone screen like others had. The gentleman instore listened to and empathised with my situation. He said it would take 10 to 15 minutes for him to look at and when I returned after 15 minutes, Mohammed had successfully turned my phone on for me, I was over the moon. The lovely gentleman had said to me that he did not expect payment as he was not quite repairing or fitting anything but I insisted that he take something for his kindness. Turning on my phone for me meant more than he knows. Please support businesses like this and do pay them for their time even if they do not say that it is required. Fone World is genuinely there to help you & it is very likely that they can, without making excuses that will lead you to believe that you need to purchase a new phone, sooner than you need to. I will need to buy a new phone soon as this will be a nuiscance long term but it is currently powered on and I was extremely happy that I did not have to continue struggling to turn it on myself. Terribly overpriced. Charged £29.99 for an iphone 15 pro cover. Shabby packaging, someone had obviously removed the item from the box and replaced it any old how. Wanted to charge almost the same price for a screen protector! Checked prices elsewhere. Curry's charge £12.99 for the same item. Requested refund. Won't be stepping foot inside there again.

Awis and the two other guys were really helpful with my purchase. Phone recommendations as to which would give me a bang for my buck were really helpful. I had a phone, a case and a SIM when I got out of the shop. Hoping that the unit I got from them will last. Oh and they have a 1-year warranty. Hoping I won’t even have to use it for anything. 🤞

The guy who dealt with my enquire with regards to my iPhone gave me a very good price to fix it, he had the phone ready for me when I came back after the 2 hours, would highly recommend
