Cliff has been extremely helpful. I was in a complex situation with multiple bookings that were changed last minute. Cliff was courteous, professional and made my rebooking experience easy, every step of the way.

I spoke with Nathan Anderson and he was great to deal with. Very professional and extremely helpful while booking our flights.

I called in with a last minute change because of weather and changed my destination Allan was able to get me a credit and find flights and hotel and spend the time needed to complete the job and after hours on top of that gave me a number to call if I have any problems while wasn’t at work!! Very thankful

They are lying DO NOT BOOK, They will make you pay a extrea fee and they say they represent the actual airline, when they dont. AVOID

UPDATE: I woke in the middle of the night feeling there was something not right about this reservation. Looked at my airline account and couldn't find my trips. Looked at my credit card statement and had almost $4,000 work of fraudulent charges to MYFLYSUPPORT and one other site. Called the airline directly and learned I had booked my flights through a deceptive travel site. BEWARE!!! This was a complicated reservation and Malcomb was very helpful and took a lot of time to make sure our reservations were what we wanted.

Cliff was truly professional and courteous in helping my to reimburse over $500 from American Airlines. He stayed on top for over tree weeks to make sure the paper works come through with approval. My plenty of thanks to Cliff, Travelocity agent, and appreciation.

This people must be out of business. They still your money, play with you. Charging extra price of tickets, insurance that never goes to your tickets. Two months calling to get back what they stole is nightmare.

What a NIGHTMARE!!!! I inadvertently ended up speaking to one of their representative thinking I was speaking directly to the airline when needing to change a flight. I was given a legit (or so I think) locator number for the rebooked flight and was told that I paid $300 more so that it was refundable. Our plans changed and we had to cancel the flight. It has been over a month and very frustrating trying to work with this company. After several international phone calls, promised call backs, unavailable floor supervisors and no responses to emails - I still cannot cancel the flight nor get my money back. It still remains unresolved!!!!!! I wish I had seen the online reviews for this company and the recommondation to proceed with caution when using it. Would strongly recommend not using this company for your travel needs.

I booked a flight from Barcelona to Lisbon for my friend and myself. I paid in full but due to a death in the family my travel partner was unable to make the trip. I wanted to cancel and was told if I paid another $150.00 I would get a credit for future travel. I paid the $150.00 but after numerous calls, I do not have any documents indicating that I have the travel voucher which is good for one year. I want to use it now for a trip and after weeks of calls and Cliff telling me he will get back to me, I have heard nothing. The frustration is too much to handle and I am afraid I will be at the TAP counter and they will know nothing about this. Terrible service. Don't ever use them. They have terrible reviews and this one is added !!

We had flights booked in December and they had to be rebooked because the airline changed the flights.
We had originally paid for premium economy seats..
We got that amount refunded and they rebooked our flights.
Turns out the new tickets
A) are not as direct
B) cost more
C) they have us rebooked in economy basic!
We have been dealing with this for over 7 weeks now, and keep getting the brush off.. any time we call, we are assured that “Cliff” or “Nathan “ are not in the office that day, but will call us back. We have made over 28 calls… this is getting awful.
This trip is a 40 anniversary/ 60th birthday, and a 5 year cancer free celebration, and the immense hassle we have had to deal with on this mistake of theirs is really taking all the fun out of it… we have been beyond patient with this mess… time for action!
There really needs to be an option for zero stars…
