Useless app, my yearly subscription is stuck, their help page domain itself is sold to someone else, and support email has no response at all.

Please don’t buy from here .They don’t deliver the item purchased and doesn’t respond to ur complaints also.Itz a scam .dont purchase from this site at all .They don’t provide any tracking and don’t reply to any of our messages also

Support is really bad.
Most basic ecommerce feature functionalities don't exist. There are inherent issues in indexing the pages on any major search like google

The worst company ever, Nobody responds to support tickets. There is no support phone number or email. Basically if you get any problem your'e screwed. I doubt that this company will last long. Because one day your site will be gone and they won't give a damn about it.

It's a100% fraud site...I had lost ₹245 for ordering an remote control for DTH. No customer support,No helping center,No response...site work till your payments get credited after that full noble silence

I lost my 10000₹.00 in dukaan I lost my email ID and I tried to regain my account they refused to accept it, I shared purchased proof but still they don't believe and keep asking like stupid about email, are dukaan wala itna vi akal nahi enko agar email ID me provide Hai don't believe invest Kar ke dekh lo agar nahi regret hoga then I'll change my name whatever you say just email me if I prove you wrong.

They have cheated their investors and are on a run. Avoid this app because they will not refund your money, nor will they give you the promised services.

I made payment against my order 20294451 dated 17 Jun25. But this order was not fulfilled. Very fraud site. A blot on gujrat enterpreneurs Thinking to approach pmo as this fraud site and it's CEO has link to Gujrat. It is giving bad name to Gujrat.

Fraud app, ordered and payment also made. No status on delivery. No contact details. 100% fraud. Sending legal compliance to youtube also for promoting such ads.

Poor after sale service. I have bought HECTARE SOLAR INSECT TRAP which was delivered on 11th March and installed on 14th March. It worked till 19th March (only 6 days). I have raised a compliant to Dukaan and
a ticket - #183729 was created on March 24th. After that there is no response to mails. I feel like cheated. They are not trustworthy. So please think twice before buying something from Dukaan.

They keep changing the features in the plan without any prior notice, making it impossible to rely on their platform for business. Just when you think you’ve figured things out, they remove or alter something essential.

And the price hikes? They conveniently do it right before renewal, so you’re forced to either pay up or scramble to migrate your store elsewhere at the last minute.

The payment gateway situation is a nightmare! Every few weeks, they make you register with a new one, and any money stuck in the previous gateway (which they managed) is as good as gone. No transparency, no support—just a constant hassle.

As for customer support—oh wait, they don’t have one anymore! They fired their entire team, so don’t expect any help when things go wrong (which they will).

Dukaan is the perfect example of how not to run a business. If you value stability, transparency, and customer support, STAY AWAY

Worst customer service. It is a big fraud.please don't order anything from here. Don't ever believe this app they are very irresponsible and careless about their customers. They don't even response to your requests. Much more improvement is needed. Don't waste your money on this app/site they don't even give refund option. Product tracking is very poor. ridiculous behaviour I have ever received from an online shopping site. They don't have cash on delivery option so you have to pay first and then they don't response and your order id will be shown invalid. Don't ever trust this site you would be fooled.
