From the start, asking for a review. Glad I waited because....wrong creditors(wifi & phone) been contacted, while multiple who were supposed to still took money....ONTOP of the payment made to my debt manager. No one is ever available, it's always a call back the next day at 1pm.
Only solution offered is a "sorry"

received 5 star treatment from all who I spoke to. Holly made everything so easy and plain sailing for me. Would highly recommend to anyone who is struggling.

Nathan at my Debt Plan has been absolutely amazing, from the very first call he has helped me understand my options, together we went through everything and I was able to my make decision.. From start to finish the process was about 3 weeks.. My IVA was granted today.. I can’t thank Nathan and the team enough, I’m finally off the hamster wheel, I recommend highly, if you need help and advise just make the call.. ***** 5 star

This is for Holly, before I spoke to Holly I didn’t know what to expect as was very worried about my situation after being made redundant but she was very helpful and run me through the options I had. The lady that helped me was Holly. She was such a lovely young lady, really helped me through a tough time. Went through everything in a calm manor which put me at ease. Fully recommend this lady

After a worrying 3 years, single parent working my ass off to keep the wolf from the door and make ends meet, I saw an add and though why not!! After being ashamed and embarrassed by the situation I found myself in I knew I needed to reach out. It is the best thing I have ever done. Holly was amazing. Knowledgeable, understanding without being patronising. She showed empathy and sympathy and talked me through options and explained them in full. I cannot praise or thank her enough. Very clear and supportive service. Assisting me do get my finances in order and feel better within Myself. Highly recommend! Always try to resolve financial difficulties sooner than later.
